breakfast was good staff were friendly but bed was poor I have stayed in other premier inns and had a lot nights better sleep. The car parking was ok considering this premier inn does not have its own car park but there is two right beside hotel and they do give discount on the price of the car parking ticket.

Excellent stay clean and tidy rooms. Staff were helpful. Breakfast however was very busy with a lot of the food cold or had ran out. However would recommend a stay in this hotel again but would think twice about purchasing the breakfast

Pleasant stay at the seaside and The Titanic Museum, close to the airport, nice staff, friendly with children.
The purpose of our stay was to be close to The Titanic. We were pleased to find that two children got their own beds and breakfast without extra charge.

Went to Belfast to celebrate my mum's 70th birthday with 7 other's loved the area, Titanic, Bus tour, the Pump house, SS Nomadic Crumlin road prison and Benedict's, what a trip can't wait to go again. The staff were brilliant went out of there way to greet us personally and put balloons in my mum's room the breakfast you could not fault, but don't know how they can guarantee a good night's sleep for everyone, my husband and I did not have a good sleep at all, bed's a bit hard, the other's were ok, apart from that great time.

Me, husband and two teenage sons stayed for two nights to sample the delights of Belfast's unique history and the Titanic experience.
As always the standards at Premier Inn were very high. We had a lovely 5th floor room which looked out onto the river, gorgeous views out into the countryside beyond. It was very quiet even though it was near a very busy road intersection.
The Titanic visitor attraction was just around the corner; a small pleasant walk that took you past various sculptures, past the SS Nomadic and up to the main entrance.
We pre-booked the full breakfast and our two boys got theirs free - it was delicious! Loads of selections, well cooked, not greasy slop like some we've had. The fact you could go up and help yourself made for a very relaxed breakfast and a good start to the day, plus it was served over a good time frame to cater for those who may have wanted a lie in!
We ate in the restaurant on both evenings and again staff were very attentive and the food was lovely.
My only gripe - and it is a small one - is that our tea tray items were not replenished and we had to make several trips to reception to get some supplies, plus it would be good if they gave you enough items to cater for the 4 people that were staying in the room, but no big deal.
We booked here as it was close to Titanic but with hindsight I would have booked one of the other 2 Premier Inns in the city centre/Cathedral quarter; unless the 15 minute walk back into the centre appeals to you but we felt a bit cut off after the tourist buses stopped. As you will do a fair bit of walking through the day, another walk after a tiring day back to sample the 'craic' wears you out!
All in all though a fab hotel in a lovely location and thanks to all the staff who made our stay so pleasurable.
We will definitely return to Belfast - still loads to see!

Stayed here overnight in order to visit the Titanic Museum and do the City Sightseeing Tour. As with all Premier Inns I have stayed in, this one was no exception. Clean, spacious rooms, quality beds and the friendliest of staff. The staff even provided birthday cards and balloons for family members who were celebrating their birthdays. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful especially Nicola who organised the cards and helped us book our City Sightseeing tickets. You cannot get better service at budget prices than the Premier Inns. Right next to the Titanic Museum and a pleasant 10 minute walk to the City Centre.
