I stayed here with family for 3 nights in April 2014. It is a very nice hotel, close to Belfast centre. Extremely good price, breakfast extra, which was ok, I've had better & I've had worse. The room was very clean & very comfy. The only thing I didn't like is the parking. As previous reviews it is a small car park & the entrance to it is quite appalling (I bet a few cars have been scratched getting into it, as it's on a very strange/tight corner). I didn't get 2 park in it once overnight as was always full so was having to park in the other car park @ a charge of £9.20 per night. Not good!

Very well priced hotel in ideal location for city airport and odessy. Efficient friendly staff. Car park is small and fills quickly there is also an overnight charge of £6. Overall a good clean functional hotel usual high standard of Premier inn.

I love all 3 Premier Inns in Belfast. Only reason for reviewing this one rather than the others is that I have had breakfasts and dinners here. Dinner very good and well presented.Helpful staff and quick service the time we needed food quickly before a show. breakfast amazing. Very handy for the Odyssey and the bar area relaxing. Good views of the harbour and a lovely walk across the Lagan for shopping.

Usual premier , comfy beds , clean rooms and quiet , but was first met by a member of staff that couldnt be bothered to answer my question but instead just pointed me in the direction of reception where there was no member of staff and I had to go looking for someone . Also that evening in the bar again nobody behind the bar and had to wait for a member of staff to appear and serve customers . No free carparking for residents so bring plenty of change . As a native of Belfast myself I know this could be better

Stayed 2 nights with family of 5 sharing adjoining rooms on level 3 at the back of the hotel over looking the fab harbour. The rooms were very spacious and SO quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable and you needed your room card to access the corridors which kept the noise level to a min.Breakfast was very busy but fine,2 children ate free with one paying adult which was a great offer. The hotel is directly beside the odyssey arena which houses W5...a must for all ages!!!It is also a 5 minute walk to the titanic exhibition which was very interesting. The sight seeing buses stop directly outside the door of the hotel and tickets can be bought at reception for this tour which is also a must...The city centre is a pleasurable 15 min stroll away which was great...it is not a hotel to go to if you want to sit around and watch the world go by as there is no lobby but if and when i return to Belfast i would not pass it as it ticks all the boxes for a city break.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back have a great view of the harbour

Stayed 2 nights. 4 of us sharing two twin adjoining rooms on 3rd floor at the back.
I was impressed even before we arrived as 2 days before we were due I received a friendly E.Mail from Terri with a lot of info about the hotel. She responded to several queries I had within a few minutes. The 2 rooms had adjoining interior doors which was just what we wanted as we had our 2 teenage granddaughters with us, and rooms each had a double and a single bed. Only minor complaint was the lack of a small armchair in the room. The soap dispenser by the washbasin was appreciated.
As mentioned previously by others, the staff were all extremely friendly.
The food in the restaurant was very good, as well as the breakfast.
The location of the hotel, more than anything, is so convenient for The Odyssey Arena, Titanic Museum and the centre of Belfast.
Thanks to all, for a most enjoyable stay.

Room Tip: Send E.Mail beforehand to describe what you want, and they will do their best to accommodate. Nice h...
