Staying at Roseleigh house made our Belfast trip even better! Donna and James were lovely, caring hosts. The rooms (and the rest of the place) were clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. And the breakfast was great! Nice area, close to bus stop. We only wish we'd had more time to stay and enjoy it, so... we'll be back! Thanks a lot!! /Sara

Fabulous.
Such a warm welcome. Immaculate, spacious, comfortable room and beds. Spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was amazing, even the cutlery was super quality. You choose from a menu the night before, so everything is freshly cooked and beautifully served.
Lovely fresh flowers, lots of local info, handy for getting into city.
Donna and James are wonderful hosts. I do hope to be back shortly.

Spent another two nights at Donna and James' lovely guest house in Rosetta Park, this time with my husband. He was also very impressed with the warm welcome, comfortable room and filling breakfast. We left the car there during our visit and used the very convenient bus service into town. The City Hall is beautifully lit up for Christmas and the general atmosphere is buzzing. We particularly liked St George's Market. We met Donna there and she took some shopping back for us - what service! Believe all the reviews. This is a great place to stay any time of year.

This was an outstanding classy place to stay. Everything about it was the best, from host and hostess, to cleanliness, friendliness, beautifully decorated, helpful for getting around the area, and breakfast made to order. It spoiled us for expecting the best, and no other B&B came close!! Donna and James were wonderful, and I am already recommending their place to friends, along with my travel agent daughter. If I ever get back to Belfast, this is where I would stay.

We stayed at Roseleigh House on the 18 October 2013 for two nights. It was terrific! The room was immaculately kept and the beds were really comfortable. Donna and James could not have been more helpful with directions of how to get to places etc. The breakfasts certainly set you up for the day! We had a truly great time and hope to visit Belfast again in the future.

Donna was most welcoming on our arrival and full of useful information about things to do. Breakfasts were among the best we had in our time in Ireland. I found Donna lovely to chat with and I found out so much of interest about the Irish culture and just things in general. James was wonderful to us at breakfasts. Our beds were very cosy and our room was also very cosy and quaint. True to what we came to expect in Irish B & Bs we were given a delicious afternoon tea in the drawing room.
The B&B is in a lovely, leafy part of Dublin. You could get a bus in to the city but we preferred walking which took us around 35-40 mins. Either way there is easy access to the city and easy parking for the hire car at the B & B. There are several eating options within an easy walk of the B & B and Donna can advise you of these.
If I return to Belfast this is where I will stay again.

My husband and I stayed at this B&B Sept 27 - 29 and would highly recommend it. The room was very clean and bright with lots of space. It was actually impeccably clean and most importantly the mattress was very comfortable. Upon arrival, Donna pleasantly greeted us and made us feel at home. She was very helpful in answering our questions as to good places to see in Belfast and best routes to get there. We were surprised by the array of menu choices for breakfast and extremely impressed by the breakfast we had the next morning......5 star. James was also very wonderful and helped us as well with what to see and do in the city. The neighborhood is very beautiful with brick houses and close proximity to downtown.....10 min cab ride. Donna even insisted in carrying some of our bags to our room and then our car. You can tell Donna and James love their work running a B&B as they do it very well. The beautiful relaxing music and ambiance upon arrival and during breakfast was appreciated.
