Only a Five minute walk from the Bus/Train station Benedicts is a great hotel with lovely rooms great full Irish breakfast but more suitable for people interesting in spending time in the Sandy Row area and DEFINITLEY don't wear green in and around hotel during July.

I stayed here on a business trip last week for two nights. The hotel was great, the rooms were a very generous size and very well appointed with free wifi and everything on offer that you could need. The staff in the hotel were very helpful when we were asking for advice on places to eat nearby in the evening. I was incredibly impressed with the breakfast too - a wide range of options freshly cooked to order, fresh fruit salads, yoghurts, fruit juices, lots of pastries and breads for toast - delicious! The only downside which makes this a four star rather than five star review was that both nights we were staying there they had live bands playing in the bar downstairs from 11pm to around 2am. The noise could clearly be heard from the rooms making it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Might be fine if travelling for pleasure but when on a work trip you don't want to be being kept awake until 2 in the morning. Asides from that a very pleasant stay.

Room Tip: Maybe ask for rooms as far away as possible from the bar area to try and minimise the noise.

Have stayed here a few times and havn't been disappointed yet. Great food, good disco. Very easy to navigate around town from. Rooms are very nice aswell. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone staying in and around the Dublin road.

My husband and I, along with another couple, were visiting Belfast from Canada in June and stayed in this hotel for three nights. The hotel was a little old but was very clean. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was amazing. We felt like royalty from the moment we arrived until we left three days later. The hotel restaurant had great food, the complimentary breakfast had lots of choices. The restaurant was noisy on the Sunday evening with music coming from the bar underneath it but we had no problem on the following two evenings. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Belfast.

Room Tip: The rooms on the front of the hotel were a noisy from the bar across the street.
