I stayed in this hotel for 4 days last week as it is near the city hospital where my daughter was. I can state without a shadow of a doubt this hotel was brilliant. The staff are brilliant at their jobs especially the receptionist with the long black hair (Sorry I don,t know your name). ALL the staff are friendly, courteous and exceptionally well trained, The food is beautiful. Please if you go to Belfast stay at Benedicts you will not regret or forget it.

I was on a hen do at the weekend and we all went for cocktail lessons to kick off our day, we were greeted by a guy called Brian, he was a lovely guy who made our experience enjoyable yet informative, he also knew how to take yet receive banter with 20 odd hens!!! I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone, not only are they fun to make, they taste amazing!!! ...... We later went for a meal, the staff were well presented and well mannered and our service was efficient and the food didn't suffer for this, it was totally delicious!!!! Not one of us had a problem with any of our food!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for food in Belfast again, can't wait until my next visit!!!!

Treated our friend and her husband to a night away for her 50th birthday. Champagne Sunday. We all had the best time for £75 you get a nights b&b in a lovely room with a bottle of Moët waiting for you. A voucher for a free drink in the bar which had great music Blackthorn playing. Had a lovely meal last night and great breakfast to the room this morning. Staff were great very helpful and friendly can't wait to go back again.

Thanks so much to Andrew and his staff in Belfast. So welcoming and helpful for every part of our girlie weekend. Dinner at six, perfect. Staff very attentive and food hot and tasty. Live music after dinner downstairs so no need to clop about Belfast in high heels. The cocktails are perfect and lots of flavours for any taste buds. And a bit of boogie with the disco after the live music. What more can a girl ask for. Also a late bar for residents if you feel like chatting to the morning. We girls all shared a family room so we had a great catch up. Full marks Andrew for creating a great environment for our Girlie weekend, can't wait for the next time. Marking it in the dairy already.

Room Tip: If your looking to catch up with a few friends ask for family rooms.
