Stayed for 2 nights during a weekend break in Belfast. This is a decent hotel in a decent area of Belfast. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are modern and clean; no complaints here. I found the breakfast ok; although my wife wasn't impressed with the veggie choices and didn't like the scrambled egg. I would have no problems using this hotel again if in Belfast. Ps. Recommend a visit to the Giant's Causeway; we ventured via train and bus but had really good day out; what a weird place.

Just stayed at this hotel for a one night stay. Location is great beside several good restaurants in a nice quiet area. Staff are very friendly and the room we had was excellent. The bed was great and ensuite was excellent with wet room . Breakfast was freshly cooked and good quality. The hotel does not have a private car park but there is good safe on street parking outside. I would recommend a stay in this nice little boutique hotel.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and honestly could find no faults. The room was decorated to a very high standard, lovely comfy beds, and spotless. The meal deal for 2 is great value and the food was delicious. The breakfast was of a very high standard and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at dukes a couple of times before, and always enjoyed our stay. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable, breakfast is generous.

However for a 'luxury' room we had no shower cubicle or shower curtain so was not particularly comfortable to shower in, and the toggle to turn the shower head on was a tight squeeze and therefore was difficult to access.

Furthermore the noise from the bar downstairs was unacceptable! We have never had this issue before due to mid-week stays, but again for a 'luxury' room this was unacceptable. Decide if your main income stream is happy clubbers or your guests upstairs.

Unfortunately, I feel this will be our last stay at dukes.

Found this hotel nothing special food was ok some of it tasted like it was just out of a microwave oven. Bit overpriced as the starters were tiny one duck spring roll no garnish and the seafood chowder was a bowl of salted water with a few bits of fish floating around!! Would not be in a hurry back. Did not even chance the sweet menu
