We stayed here for a long weekend to go to a wedding in Belfast. Firstly, the price is superb value for what you get. It included breakfast and 4 star quality.
The rooms are reasonably well sized although ours did show signs of wear and tear (hence the four stars and not five) with the shower head 'hanging' from the ceiling and some of the furniture was scratched but this shouldn't take away from the fact that the room is well decorated, spacious and a very soft bed. It's also quite quiet and ours had a bath AND a separate shower.
The breakfast is good although the menu is a little limited but it serves a purpose and sets you up nicely for the day. The drinks in the evening are not badly priced and a pleasant atmosphere in the bar.
Location wise then it is well located and close to the University. Belfast centre is about a 20 minute brisk walk away and quite a bit longer to the Titanic quarter but taxis are quite reliable and well priced.
If you want a quieter hotel and are prepared to walk a little then this is a great choice.More
