Had dinner here with my partner earlier this week and it was quick and tasty but I'm really writing this review to praise the fantastic staff, especially a lovely lady called Ciara on reception. While paying our bill she seemed genuinely interested about whether or not we enjoyed our meal etc and informed us about the new loyalty card scheme which we will definitely be taking advantage of! Looking forward to our next visit.

The hotel looks promising when you pull up but thats it, end of experience. The room I had was very small, dated and smelly. The very old portable tv had a few channels to choose from and when a channel could be found the picture was awful as it was not even digital. The bed was uncomfortable and the room poor. I was charged £50 per night with breakfast and I think £35 per night would be a better price.
The staff in the bar are ok but not the brightest. The food is ok but if the microwave broke food would be off until it was fixed. Basically average food and choice but with hotel prices.

Convenientally located 10min from centre of Belfast this is a very friendly hotel. We had a superior room - right above the function room and there was a major Christmas party on. The staff were very reassuring - bar closes at 1230 and music stops at 1.00 am exactly and people go home then! As we were going to a dinner in Belfast which was due to finish around 12.00 to12.30 we we reassured. We arrived back in our room at 10min to 1am and we may as well have been at the party downstairs such was the noise. But at 1am peace and quiet ensued and we had a good nights sleep - before 1am forget about sleep. Oh, the superior room was excellent, lots of room and a comfortable bed. Breakfast in the room was great too.

Room Tip: Check for functions in the hotel and how they fit in with your sleep expectations

Stayed here on business Fri/Saturday for a conference. Staff, although extremely busy due to sickness, were absolutely marvellous. Robert the duty manager couldn't do enough for us and Mary deserves a mention as she so sweet and helpful. We had meals in the restaurant and can honestly say fiid was fabulous and extremely reasonably priced.

Rooms were spotless, well rooms.....more like suite with its balcony , walk in wardrobe and humongous bathroom!!!

Cannot fault anything! Totally fab first visit to Ireland and I hope I'm rota'd for our next event so I can come back.....!

Room Tip: All rooms are brilliant...! You will not be disappointed.

Stayed here on the 8th November for my birthday. Chose this hotel as it was quite close to Drumbo Park where we were going that evening .The hotel was much nicer than i had thought it would be for the price we paid although the rooms are a little dated and our bathroom was very small it was adequate for an overnight stay. There is a very spacious reception area and a nice bar ,the restaurant is well presented although again small but i did see people eating in the bar area . Only had breakfast which was good if you took a fry up otherwise there wasnt much else.Overall i would return because of price and convient location.
