Not bad for the price but think there must be better. Decent rooms rather like a premier Inn. Breakfast served in smelly 'morning after' feeling bar. Rooms on the front are noisy as hotel is located on busy street with late night bars

Was at a friends hen do great nite, lovely meal, nice rooms, staff were very helpful and friendly only 1 disappointment the breakfast was awful I was really looking forward to a big fry up as a hangover cure but if was dried up, overcooked and tasteless. The coffee was weak and the tea was like hot water. And it took forever to arrive!! Very poor!! A real shame.

Stayed here on business last night. The reception staff were extremely friendly. The room was quite ordinary, the tv didn't work and nor did the bedside lamp. My room looked onto the main road (Botanic Avenue) which was heaving at the time I checked in. I can never understand hotels not having net curtains in these circumstances - you either have to be on full view or have the curtains closed. Apart from the above, the hotel is very pleasant. The bar is a hive of activity in the early evening for happy hour and has a tremendous buzz to it. Breakfast was very good too and the staff were once again very friendly and efficient. Parking is a bit of a hike away too but if the excitement and buzz of Madison's own bar is not your thing, then there are loads more all around only walking distance away. I am sure I will be back.

Room Tip: My guess is that the rooms at the front may get a bit noisy when the town is really hopping at the w...

Having just come back from a night away in Madisons or my sister's hen do, I would highly recommend this place. The rooms are lovely and clean, the beds are very comfy. The food is lovely and very well priced, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Dave, Kevin and Amanda on the front desk. Will definately be back for my next night out in Belfast

We had a gorgeous, clean and comfortable room, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Perfect location close to everything (right next to boojum!). At weekends there is loud music from the bar below but it didn't really affect us as we were out late anyway.

Stay one night, for rugby game.train station ideally located.directly opposite the hotel. Rooms clean, happy hour in bar.great start to the night.
Only downfall was breakfast.we waited 30 minutes and still no breakfast.we left without getting any.poor effort.
I would return again.good location. Convenient to the city and train.

Great location, the hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the City Centre and there are plenty of choices for eating out. We only had breakfast in the hotel, which was good, plenty of choice if a little slow in serving. We were a little worried about some of the reviews on TA that said it was noisy at night and asked for as quiet a room as possible. If you go there ask for room 313, we didn't hear anything from the bar or nightclub apart from at 5am (ish) when the glass bottles were being emptied in to the bins. Our only complaint about the room was that it didn't appear to have been cleaned particularly well, dust on the headboard (didn't need to look very hard) and on the first evening we found some items on the floor which would've been picked up if the room had been hoovered. Apart from that we could find no fault with the hotel, rooms or staff. Everyone was very helpful. If we go back to Belfast we will certainly stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back of the hotel - we stayed in Room 313
