“Always very helpful”
Reviewed 8 July 2013

Every time I visit Belfast, I make a point of calling in here, and over the weekend, I called in again. You can pick up free maps and brochures, and the staff are only happy to assist. I like to get a copy of "Belfast in your Pocket" and "About Belfast", and browse around the gifts. It's located within spitting distance of City Hall, on Donegall Place, and it's on the first floor. There's generally a guy at the door, in a blue jacket, giving out leaflets.

“They claim they are independent but...”
Reviewed 30 June 2013 via mobile

If you are looking for fair impartial advice on day tours avoid this place. The information they gave us turned out to be wrong. The tired location of it and the fact that you have to search for it suggests that it is hardly doing its job in promoting Belfast. Use the Internet for information . It's easier and more accurate

“Needs re-invented”
Reviewed 24 June 2013

I liked that there's a place in Belfast that can answer visitors questions and advise on the facilities, attractions, events and so on but I think this particular facility needs big a improvement. The building isn't obvious, it's very cramped and with staff switching between sales and answering queries it takes a long time to get seen to. Rethink your offering please and put the visitor first.

“Best place to start your visit in Northern Ireland or even Ireland in general.”
Reviewed 21 April 2013 via mobile

This was our first port of call during our trip to Belfast and it was the best decision we made. We waited about 5 mins to be seen by a very friendly gentleman whom had endless suggestions of places to visit in and around Belfast.
The staff were informative and suggested places in the city less touristy where we could experience the true Northern Ireland. They suggested so many things to do and places to see that we had to go off for lunch and return with an agenda and could book the majority of things there and then.
All of the staff were very friendly, please check this place out for valued places to visit in NI!

“Debit card charges”
Reviewed 14 February 2013

Went to book the Crumlin Road Gaol paranormal experience, pleasant helpful staff nice airy centre. However when paying for the tickets by debit card (the tickets were £35 each) there was a £3 surcharge to use a card. Come on Belfast, even the smallest outlets charge a nominal 50p for purchases under £10.
