5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 April 2014

This is a must see if you are in Belfast, I didnt even think of going until the hotel staff suggested it! a mile walk up to the building surrounded by woodland and at the top you have an excellent view of Belfast city. Didnt get to go in but will be back!

“Worth a stop”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 April 2014

We were on a Belfast hop on hop off bus tour. We stopped at Stormont to see the Parliament building. We entered through security and checked the place out. The amount available to see when you consider the size of the building is pretty limited. They are not keen on people doing any sort of self guided tour, perhaps if we did a guided tour we would have had more available to us. There is no fee and the place offers toilets and a gift/coffee shop. The views from the building are very good. We are happy we stopped and feel that 30 minutes is enough to cover it.

“Fantastic!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 April 2014

We hopped off the city sightseeing tour to visit Stormont. An absolute amazing building and the grounds are breathtaking.
We managed to arrive in time for one of the free guided tours with Micky as our guide. He was superb and gave us a full potted history of the layout of the building and the significance of its design. We went into the chambers which I found fascinating as an ex member of a government body myself in Liverpool. Micky was so good in engaging everyone in the tour including some children.
If you have the time and a sunny day this would be a superb place to bring a picnic and spend the whole day here. We'll visit again next time we're in Belfast!

“Good tour and excellent play park”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 April 2014

Had planned to tour Stormont, a good afternoon, entertaining for both adults and our 3 young children 8 years and under. Tour delivered in a very interesting, entertaining and non-political way. There is an excellent children's playpark at the bottom of the hill - Mo Mowlam park, we returned several times to this on our holiday, plenty of different areas for different ages and was well maintained at the time we visited.

“Free playpark”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 April 2014

Visited the Mo Mowlam playpark with my grandson today. It is a great facility. There are a wide variety of climbing frames, slides and swings available for children of all ages and a number of seats for parents to relax. There are also picnic tables and facilities for barbeques. Importantly, it is free! You'll pay to use another similar park in Belfast.
Beside it there are nice walks through woodland.
