This is a family place and serves their opinion of American 'comfort' food. As an American I enjoy this type of food. In Blue Chicago the food is too complex.
Hamburgers do not need a bunch of other stuff on them. It seems the sides, at times small in size, were piled on top of the burger.
My Northern Ireland friends seemed to like the complex burgers.
