“Great food.”

We really enjoyed our meal here. Restaurant is lovely very clean bright and airy. Food was great and good portion size. Service was good. Our server did seem a bit distracted, for the evening though. I would recommend Safa

“Another great meal”
Reviewed 17 June 2014 via mobile

My second visit to Safa. This time we had the sharing platter to start and lamb shashlick and chicken tikka masala mains. The food was of an excellent standard, apart from the naan bread, which was a touch dry and quite lacking in flavour. Service was much slower than the last time we visited, though staff were friendly and helpful once they got to us. The ambiance was nice, with traditional Indian music playing at an appropriate volume. The tables were well laid and the restaurant itself was very clean. Even with the disappointing naan bread, still the finest Indian food in Belfast. We'll be back again soon.

“First time...”
Reviewed 16 June 2014 via mobile

Dined here for the first time on Saturday evening and food was lovely. Only slight complaint was that the poppadoms weren't complimentary, it wasn't a problem however we did order them and were slightly disappointed with the dips that came with them. Also the chilli masala is not for the faint hearted!! Overall nice restaurant and will return.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere and delicious Indian food. Serves all the favorites and some house dishes. Chilli Masala is not for the faint hearted! Will definitely return next time I'm in Belfast.
