“A decent little hotel”
Reviewed 12 December 2013

Stayed here with my wife on a weekend away. The hotel is located just at the rear of the main City Square.

Rooms were of a good size and service pretty good. The location is great for all the sites and nowhere is too far to go. I walked from the hotel down the Falls Road, onto Shankill Road, visited Crumlin Road prison and back to the hotel quite comfortably.

Don't have breakfast at the hotel unless it's part of your deal, as it's expensive for what it is. Go to the Harlem Cafe not far away.

Went with 30 others from the office. The meal, the service and the ambience was excellent ! A great place to start the Yuletide celebrations. We had great repartee with all of the staff who did their very best to ensure we had everything we needed.

We stayed here for a romantic night in Belfast. The hotel was great. Amazing bed, rose pettles on the bed and bathroom. Hand made chocolates and wine.
It really was an impressive stay.
I ordered room service which they forgot about but we got it free of charge when they realised their mistake.

Great hotel in a great location. Perfect for a romantic night!

Stayed here for two nights as part of a group holding a meeting at the hotel and was very impressed from check in to check out, nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The rooms are excellent and very spacious benefiting from tall ceilings, very nicely decorated, plently of work space and chairs to relax on. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

We only had breakfast and lunch here and all the food we had was great.

Centrally located, you are close to numerous bars and restuarants to explore.

An excellent hotel and super staff.

This is a delightful, city centre hotel with very high standards. I stayed recently for one night on business.

My room was spacious and spotless with a good quality bathroom. There is a definite feeling of luxury. I have 2 very minor niggles: no biscuits on the tea tray...........but there was a fresh apple with plate and knife so perhaps they were being considerate about my health; the room was also on the warm side but I managed to open a window to let in the cool November air.

I did not take an evening meal.

Breakfast was of a very high standard. Plenty of choice and with the hot dishes freshly cooked - no under the lights buffet bar here!

Staff at reception and in the restaurant were cheerful, helpful and showed a strong sense of pride in their work.

This just misses a top score, largely because I cannot comment on the evening meal. However, I very much hope to return when I am next in Belfast.

Ten Square hotel is a lovely boutique style hotel. We booked two rooms there and stayed for one night. We arrived early at the hotel and was able to leave our luggage at reception, which was later taken to our rooms for us. There was a bit of a misunderstanding when we checked in, we were told check-in wasn't till midday by one receptionist so we went for a walk around Belfast, when we came back we were told 3pm and one of the rooms still was not available. We had been on an early morning flight and to be told two different check-in times was quite annoying at the time. The location is great very close to all the major attractions of Belfast. the rooms themselves are very spacious and spotlessly clean, with king size beds and large bathrooms with dressing gowns and slippers. Nice wee touches in both rooms. Ten square also has a restuarant and bar and if you are staying in Belfast, i would recommend eating there. The food was great and a wonderful choice also, it was the best place i have eaten in when staying in Belfast. Would totally stay here again and would recommend Ten Square as a lovely hotel to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We arrived by car, the hotel doesn't have a car park so the receptionist advised us to use the multi-storey on the Dublin road that was a five minute walk from the hotel. The check in was very friendly and we were offered maps for exploring the city. Our bedroom was spacious and looking out at city hall. The location couldn't be better only a few minutes walk from the shopping centres and there is a few restaurants around the corner. The breakfast menu is excellent and offers a lot choices.
