We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel stands up to its well deserved good reputation. The location is good. The staff is very helpful and friendly but it is the dinning room staff that deserve a big hug for an outstanding job. The steak I had was prepared as ordered and was very tasty. The rooms were well appointed and clean and large. The bed was extra comfortable. The wifi worked well. We will gladly return here.

Myself and13 work colleagues out for the day decided to spend it in Ten Square ,we started off with a superb lunch from the grill menu everybody agreed that the food was great , just what we wanted tasty and very well presented ,service was very good, we then moved to the bar and spent a few hours there great Craic , later had some nibbles to help soak up the beer, few more beers the home ,great day at Ten Souare.

We have spent to date 2 weeks touring London, Scotland and now Ireland. We have been in lots of hotels and B & B's so far, but our stay at the Ten Square by far was the best. The staff amazing.....truly went out of their way to make everything the best. From front desk to wait staff to housekeeping. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent. Rooms large and also bathrooms. Great drying racks in bathrooms if you need to wash clothes. Very clean! WiFi worked great. Great location to visit city and eat at nearby restaurants. Visit City Hall across the street for free tour.....tip from a cab driver....it is very good. Also, rooms are very quiet so you will get good rest. Highly recommend.

My hubby and I were at a black tie ball at Ten Square. Although there weren't lots of people attending the ball (they can take up to 180), the room felt intimate and was perfect for the occasion. The food was delicious which is normally never the case at events and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, everyone that attended said it was a perfect venue and had a wonderful time. We stayed over night in a beautiful bright, airy room (205) with wonderful high ceilings which looked on to the back of the City Hall. I thought the room would be noisy as it's on a main road but it wasn't at all. The Ulster Fry breakfast in the morning was amazing and again lovely helpful friend staff. This hotel is perfect to stay in if you want to be in the centre of Belfast with lots of atmosphere and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again even though I only live 3 miles away!

Could not rate this hotel any higher! Went with my Granny and Mum for a girly night away about 3 months ago and really enjoyed it. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely smiling receptionist. She politely chatted to us. A manager who was sitting across the room came over and began to chat also offering us each a glass of champagne. We then continued to tell staff that we came a long way and were very tired to which the manager and receptionist asked if we would like to swap our family room for two king-size rooms instead as a gesture of kindness, we could not believe it! He also asked if he could take our bags up to the room for us, service was excellent! Rooms were perfect, clean and room service readily available. Breakfast was served promptly and with a smile. Excellent location would highly recommend as it was nice and quiet!

Room Tip: all rooms are fantastic!

Hen party of 5 of us. Arrived for our cocktail class for 3pm. Placed was packed due to giro d'italia. Spoke to a girl who said she would get someone for us. Stood for 5 mins waiting. Decided to try again and spoke to fella who said he would take a look. After another 5 mins I went to find him. He was checking the booking system and said that we were booked in for 5 o clock on both systems. I had the confirmation email which stated 3 pm. So he said that he would get us sorted. Went outside to wait for 10/15 mins. Daryll showed us to our table which was set in the bar/restaurant area. We assumed it would be a private function area. So by this stage of the afternoon we were all pretty annoyed/fed up. Basically ready to just forget the whole thing. Daryll arrived up to the table with a complimentary glass of bubbly for each of us. I think he could tell he was playing to a hostile crowd. Well he needn't have worried because he saved the whole day. He knows what he's doing. He knows how to work a group/crowd. He has manners, charisma, charm and a great sense of humour. Laughed and chatted throughout the rest of it and we had an absolute blast. He brought another complimentary bottle of fizzy wine. We even ended up staying for dinner. Which at the start of the afternoon was absolutely not an option for the hen. Dinner was great. Daryll couldn't have been any nicer or any more attentive. Even have recommendations for where the hen party could visit that night. An absolutely fabulous member of staff. Hope the rest of the team are as good as him!!
