I'm so glad we chose to stay at this hotel! After my experience of driving from Dublin to Belfast (first time on the left!), I was ready to park the car! There was parking behind the hotel (it was a bit tricky to find - it is a locked lot that you need an employee to open for you). Once we parked, it was easy to get our luggage inside.

When we checked in, I mentioned that we wanted to do a Black Cab Tour. Instead of Paddy Campbell's, the receptionist recommended a Belfast native they work with (Jim) that gives tours. Unlike many of the drivers for large tour companies (younger and not necessarily natives of Belfast), Jim knew the story of the Troubles because he lived it first-hand. This was a highlight of our visit in Belfast and I'm so glad the hotel helped arrange it.

The room was large, clean and the bathroom was beautiful! Great toiletries in the bathroom and complimentary truffles waiting for us in the room.

Room Tip: Parking is right by the hotel, but you need someone to unlock the garage for you to enter/exit!

We were welcomed with glass of pink champagne which was a,lovely touch room was amazing very spacious large comfy bed and very quiet room. Booked a meal in restaurant both had t-bone steak delicious, I had knickerbocker glory for desert was yummy reminded me of my childhood. Overall we had a great weekend staff very friendly and helpful especially the waitress Monika and barman Mark. Would definitely recommend to stay and great location by city hall and short walk to train station.

Room Tip: We were on 3rd floor very quiet

We stayed 1 night in June and had an overall good experience. The room was clean and functional, although as expected not overly large. We did not have any issues with noise as some other reviewers had mentioned - even less than expected for a city center hotel. Keep in mind that the hotel is small and an older building - what you would expect from a boutique versus a larger chain type hotel. The staff was helpful and courteous and the breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. We walked to the hotel from the central train station no problem. If you are looking for a quaint hotel in a good location, this works. I don't view this as a high end special occasion place, but it may be for Belfast as I don't know how it compares to other options and this was our first time there.

We have stayed a couple of times now. The service is always excellent from all staff, they are so friendly, professional and helpful. If it is a special occassion they ensure all finishing touches thought about. We also ate in the restaurant which was full. The food was excellent and good price as portions big, so a main meal was ample for us. Always deliver

Had a lovely time at this hotel. Upon arrival we were told that our room had been upgraded and was ready for us ... even though check in time wasn't until 2 hours later. Staff couldn't have been nicer, from the receptionist to the restaurant and bar staff. Beautiful room overlooking the City Hall. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Hopefully it won't be too long until we return for another short break.

Organized a 'Bridal afternoon tea' for my future daughter-in- law from Manchester so that she could meet the ladies from N. Ireland who will be attending the wedding. From the point of phoning to arrange the event for 8, hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They were happy to accept decorations the day before and had the table beautifully arranged for our arrival. There was a real buzz in the dining room and our guests were very impressed. The cocktail menu was an added surprise for the ladies and all agreed there were plenty to choose from - they tasted great. Then the food arrived - yummy chips that disappeared very quickly, very fresh sandwiches and a wonderful assortment of sweet treats. Staff were very attentive and friendly - it seemed to really matter that we were having a great time. The bride-to-be was delighted with the whole experience! Fantastic value, a great deal less than other hotels! We didn't manage to eat everything, so our lovely waiter boxed up the treats for us to take home. I would thoroughly recommend Ten Square if you are planning a treat.

I hadnt booked a room here as i was booked into titanic hub quarters however i can honestly say i was served one of the best steak fillets ever ,,sides were all amazing and exceptionally tasty ,staff were friendly, curteous and provided good service, desert did let the meal down but we find this wherever we eat unless they are home made by the chef ,they werent nasty or foul just average altho we had pigged out on all the delish food before dessert and so didnt really need them,we ate them allll up though ,my lil man had the sliders which he loved altho his sense of humour suddenly developed when reading the menu and giggled endlessly at the "bang bang chicken with phuck phuck sauce" hes 11 on tuesday so was allowed to find this funny and i chuckled twice as loud "bad mummy" the place had a great atmosphere and we felt welcome ,
