I too used to frequent this little restaurant/take-away in its previous incarnation - and was disappointed when it closed some years ago. Delighted that it is open once again. As I live some distance from Belfast (and it's virtually impossible to park a car during university term time when "poor" students take up every available space), I usually buy a large number of boxes of dim sum and freeze them at home the same day (one free for every 10 purchased). They cook perfectly well from frozen in a bamboo steamer - and don't lose any of their freshness. Although not to everyone's taste, the duck feet wrapped in beancurd are really tasty. Happy Dumpling opens at 11am and the dim sums do go quickly - especially on a Thursday (when the Asia Supermarket across the road receives its fresh supplies of SE Asian fruit, vegetables and herbs).
