This hotel is new to Belfast so I thought i would try it out when going to a concert with my sister. It was great. Really friendly staff, excellent location just a 5 minute walk from the city centre. The rooms were good too. A decent size for the money paid and very clean. Only thing i could fault is the shower which is almost transparent and once u have finished showering the only option is to step out of the shower and into the room. Other than that, loved it. Have booked again for a formal i am attending in March.

I was at the Etap for five nights. Booked 15 days in advance and got a good discount. There is a £2 discount given for every day you don't need your room serviced, you can deduct 6 pounds for 5 nights. Inform the desk you want this, they didn't tell me.
It's cheap, clean and location is top. Near hotels, shops, public transport and restaurants. The public in the weekend is young and party going. To the left of the hotel is Filthy McNastys their Secret Garden is located directly under a number of rooms, this not nice if you are a light sleeper. I wasn't informed about this and I'm quite annoyed about it because I explicitly asked for a quiet room. Average because poor would be a bit too harsh.

Very friendly accommodating staff. Travelled with children and despite it being a boutique hotel, it was child-friendly (4+).
No parking onsite. There is a £2 discount given if parking in the nearby ncp facility, There's a 24hour rate of £10.
Rooms are quite small, include tv and wi-fi.
Spotless and Good value budge accommodation.
Breakfast buffet usual continental style cost extra £5 pp

Booked this hotel last minute for our trip to belfast.it suited our needs perfectly it was cheap, could accomodate 3 in a room and was perfectly located to walk into town. Shower took a bit of getting used too but it was fine. We were made to feel very welcome&will definately be returning here.

Cheap budget hotel with all you need and for a fraction of the price of others in the area, stayed for one night and it was clean and served it's purpose, ibis budget hotels are by far the best budget hotels on the market and this hotel says that. I have stayed in the Manchester hotel on many occasions and this hotel is nicer than the Manchester version. High standards of cleanliness and basic rooms with essential works. Can't fault this place it's funky and I was comfortable here. Will definitely stay here again.

First impressions of this hotel were good but it went downhill from there.
The floor of the bed room was sticky where someone had spilled something, there was no toilet paper, the towels ( 2 ) were the size of a postage stamp and the lighting was either super bright or too dark.
During the night it was so noisy from the club/Bar next door that you couldn't sleep. This got worse as doors clanged and bashed all night until 4.30 making it sound like a war zone. The issue isn't with inconsiderate guests more that rubbish building that allows doors closing to physically shake the bed with shock waves.
Never again will I pay £75 for such a bad experience here.

Very vibrant and bright rooms, exceptional standard of cleanliness ! Although this was a budget hotel we paid £85 per night due to it being a weekend, and would have expected more for the price such as tea and coffee facilities in the room.
However, mideweek prices appear to be cheaper and if you book at them prices then it is exceptional value and a great hotel.
Cannot fault it, other than i feel the weekend price was excessive considering !
Ideal location to explore the city centre though, which was a huge bonus.
