My partner and I stayed at Etap in early March 2014 and the hotel was ideal for what we needed - somewhere clean and comfortable to rest our heads after days out exploring. The rooms are nothing fancy, but have everything you need (except for a hairdryer!). Be warned that the shower is literally IN the room, and the toilet is not a completely sealed door - so you may only want to stay here with someone you know very well! The airport bus stops a 5-10min walk away, and it's 10min walk to the City Hall/ Info Centre. We didn't purchase the breakfast, instead we walked a block next door where there is a Weatherspoons. There is an extremely noisy nightclub next door (Filthy McNasty's - name says it all!) but once we shut our window, it was incredibly sound proof and we heard nothing! Movie House and Tesco across the road too - pretty much ideal for those wanting an easy, clean, comfortable and cost effective place to stay while visiting Belfast.

my boyfriend and myself stayed up on 11th and 12th February what can I say we had a lovely stay the room is very basic but for the price you can't complain. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I had a great stay and it's in Belfast City Centre which is a bonus. The only downside I could say was when we checked in the walls in the room had black marks on them but apart from that I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others to stay in it.

Stayed here as a solo traveller while attending a function in Belfast City centre. The hotel is easily found with ample secure car parking in a nearby multi storey. (£10 for 24 hours with £2 refunded by the hotel).
Check-in was efficient and prompt. The rooms were basic but adequate - and all was clean. The bed was not superior quality and the two pillows were adequate only for one person. No shower gel or shampoo provided - just a small bar of soap. However the hotel was quiet and the basic facilities would not deter me from staying here again if travelling alone as it is certainly good value for the price I paid.

Room Tip: All rooms appear to be similar although upper floors will probably exclude traffic noise.

Stayed with a group of friends for the weekend. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms are compact but ideal for a weekend city break. Location is so central, 3 minute walk from the main shopping areas!

They are in a very good location (close to the city center, the bus station and some great pubs), with helpful staff and good services - as the Accor Hotels use to be. The breakfast is also in a good value for money, too.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days whilst visiting Belfast, the hotel is modern and very clean. The room itself is rather cramped however it is also very clean and has everything you need. The air con worked fine, comfortable bed, functioning shower and clean toilet. I would recommend that if you are staying at this hotel with someone else that you are completely comfortable with them as there is little place to hide with the toilet not having a proper fitted door, shower being more or less see through and the sink being close to the bed. I would stay here again, it’s an excellent location, the staff are great and clean rooms. My only gripe was with the £2 per bag fee for leaving my bags at the hotel, I have never encountered a charge before at any other hotel.

This hotel is new to Belfast so I thought i would try it out when going to a concert with my sister. It was great. Really friendly staff, excellent location just a 5 minute walk from the city centre. The rooms were good too. A decent size for the money paid and very clean. Only thing i could fault is the shower which is almost transparent and once u have finished showering the only option is to step out of the shower and into the room. Other than that, loved it. Have booked again for a formal i am attending in March.
