We loved this modern hotel close to everything. Small room but well fitted out. Excellent buffet continental breakfast. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, directing us to good pubs and restaurants.

This Etap, like all in the chain, is clean, friendly, cheap and basic. I know a lot of people complain about Etap because there is little by way of luxury but if all you want is a place to crash while you're in Belfast this fits the bill nicely. A strong recommendation to Pau from Barcelona on reception. He was really helpful, friendly and informative and kept a smile on his face even when he was rushed off his feet.

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking The Secret Garden. This is a pub with a large, noisy outdoor area. We love...

Stayed in this hotel for one night, for a concert, it was handy and reasonable but I didn't feel welcomed the staff didn't want to help they seemed annoyed when asked to help I asked a boy and question and he shook his shoulders and wAlked on, very basic hotel and staff could be a we bit more friendly also there was litter left from the previous person who stayed which should have been cleaned. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is going out and need a cheep place to stay.

Stayed here when heading out in Belfast on a works night out. Only cost £44 for the night. Modern facilities and a friendly welcome upon arrival.

No complaints are surprised by the quality of the room. The bed was great and next time I stay in Belfast it will be here

Stayed here for 2 night while looking round Belfast, the Antrim Coast and the Giants Causeway. perfect location for the City and all the tour guide trips. Don't do the breakfast as it is poor value, better to go 50 yards down the road to the Wetherspoons for a full cooked breakfast. We paid £35 per night and it is funny to see the price per night going up and down.
Always do a deal with the tour operators as there are 2 touting for the same business. never pay the first asking price, be cheeky and offer at first 50% then you will usually get a 30% discount. Take your own lunch when you go on a trip.
Robinsons pub best for music then onto Browns 1630 and the Crown for history

A great all round weekend

Room Tip: Top floor is quiet for a better sleep
