“Noisy ”
Reviewed 6 July 2014 via mobile

This has got to be one of the worst stays I have had anywhere. Hotel is located directly located next to a very crowded pub with the funny name The filthy McNasty, less funny the isolation of the window, every noise from the street is being heard in the room, at four in the morning the cleaning truck is doing its job for an hour and there were lots of drunk people coming back from partying, yelling around in the floor where I was staying. Awful!Didn't sleep a wink!
So if you are not coming to belfast to party, avoid those one like the plague!!

Thank you for your feedback. We treat all of our comments with the utmost seriousness. I am sorry about the disturbance that you have experienced with the noise coming form the pub next door and the street sweepers. I hope that this will not deter you of using our hotel in the future.Kind regards, Patrice Renault, General Manager

For a cheap hotel I really didn't expect much but by god it was the worst experience ever and my graduation day was ruined. Thanks very much!!!!!!!

Upon arriving the bar next door was in full swing are room was facing directly onto the beer garden with a four year old child I knew this was going to be a problem. I asked the man on reception could he please change me rooms even if it was a smaller room I wouldn't care just as long as my daughter can sleep. I hadn't even my back turned to respond to my child but he said naw we can't!!!!!! no sorry no nothing what a disgrace !!!! I have worked in the hospitality industry for 6 years and I know how these situations should be dealt with and by god the staff could do with a few lessons i could not believe my ears before I could respond four staff stood muffed in the room with their backs to anybody looking for attention or drinks..

I had little to no sleep not did my daughter or partner and I had a cranky child for my graduation I was exhausted the whole day and it was ruined I am seething with anger if the staff had of dealt with the matter in a more considerate way maybe I would not be writing this review I am disgusted!!!!!!!

If you're looking for a cheap hotel in the middle of Belfast, then stop looking, this is it.
Very friendly staff, nice and clean and within walking distance from centre. The rooms are very small and the shower offers no privacy whatsoever, but hey, all you want to enjoy is the city and not pay to much for the hotel, right?

I stayed here with my partner whilst on a weekend visit to Belfast. The hotel is in the perfect location to visit the city, we managed to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There are plenty of bars and clubs nearby.
The reception staff where extremely helpful and polite, we managed to get an early check in at 10pm for a small fee. Nothing seemed too much hassle.
The rooms are compact, basic and very clean. I payed £38 per night for a city centre hotel so in my opinion they are brilliant value.
There is a nightclub next door which can be heard from the rooms, but music stops at 1am so unless your after an early night its no problem.
I would definitely stay again if visiting Belfast.

It was really nice, the beds were super comfortable! The only issue was that the shower and mirror were positioned so you could see inside the shower from almost anywhere in the room XP me and my friend soon found the places that didn't though, so it wasn't too awkward XD
