This hotel is well located for the city centre - can walk to most parts in 10 minutes. It benefits from secure parking which is chargeable during the week.

I had a standard room which was big, comfortable and well appointed. It had an opening window which was much appreciated (aircon doesn't beat natural ventilation in my book). The downside was that I was above the kitchen loading bay so was woken early by delivery lorries both mornings with their chiller units running. No complementary water as far a I could tell, unless it was in the mini bar which I didn't open.

Reception was organised but not very efficient. My room rate included breakfast but this was not recognised in the restaurant. The only way I was going to get breakfast on the first morning was to sign for it as an extra despite it saying B&B on my reservation. I left it to our company agent to sort which luckily was ok the second day. Not so lucky with the parking bill back - I was promised these charges would go back to the company but reception knew nothing about it even after our agent claimed to have phoned and spoken to them. So a bit more care and attention needed here.

I used the gym off site which cost an extra £7. This was convenient and well equipped.

Breakfast was satisfactory; didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant.

Room Tip: Consider a Business Class room if you plan to use the gym/pool as the cost is included in the rate.

Had a great stay. Hotel clean and comfortable. Had a business class room which was excellent and had everything I needed. Got a great deal. Breakfast usual buffet with plenty of choice. Toaster a bit slow :-) Check-in and check-out very smooth. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again no problem.

Modern hotel, it is clean and comfortable and if you speak to the staff they are very friendly but you could easily stay here with no one speaking to you. It is a little soul less. Breakfast is the usual help yourself buffet but sometimes you have chase the staff for your coffee, having stayed in Radisson before it was slightly below par for the money.

Room Tip: Ask for a waterfront view

I stayed here in late October, while on a bus tour. It has a modern decor, which isn't my favorite, but it was nicely done. Breakfast and dinner was included on our tour. Breakfast was good, with many choices. I met friends for dinner, so can't say how it was, but the others on the tour enjoyed it. My room had a lovely view, and was very quiet.
My friends' uncle died the day I got there, and the women at the desk was very helpful. She got in touch with a florist so that I could send flowers, and helped me find the location of the funeral home from the little information that was in the paper. I appreciate the time she spent helping me out, as, being on a tour, I didn't have much time to try and do it on my own. All the staff were very friendly.

I stayed for just one night in this hotel and everything excellent. Swift, efficient and friendly check in on arrival and well equipped comfortable room. The bar area is a pleasure to spend time in. Location - well within walking distance of Belfast centre yet far enough away to offer a nights sleep uninterrupted by the noise of the city. Definitely my first choice when back in Belfast again.

I first stayed in the Radisson when it was relatively new and newer hotels were going in to Belfast and the conflict was in its final days. So firstly, the hotel itself is very nice. Comfortable, good staff, good bar, free wi fi, fairly good rates. The only negative is that it is a bit of a walk to city centre. Not terrible, about 15 minutes but just be mindful of this. It is in something called Gasworks, which is a complex that includes some main HQs of banks and other businesses. Don't let this put you off but if you want to walk out your hotel and in to a retaurant or a bar, this is not the hotel for you. The plus side is that it is quiet and the hotel is nice. Taxis are cheap in Belfast, so I would stay here again.

Room Tip: just about any room will be fine. it is a quiet hotel.

A Modern hotel, with friendly staff on hand to help with all that you need. Breakfast was lovely, the poached eggs first class! It was in a quiet area of the town, so a short walk to the bars and bistros, but that has its advantages too! Would certainly recommend this hotel.
