great hotel and staff. extremely well located for lots of family spots in Belfast, including Titanic and W5. The hotel itself is very well appointed and we were made to feel very welcome. On the down side, the bid double bed was not particularly comfortable and the kids bed was very creaky, meaning we frown-ups didn't get much sleep! However, the excellent breakfast made up for it!

It's great to see you and your family had a great time whilst staying with us and visiting near by attractions. Thank you also for the feedback on the beds, I will definitely follow up on that. I'm really happy that was just a minor issue and the breakfast, service and overall experience made up for that.
I look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
Best wishes,
Jan

I had booked here for a weekend break with my partner and thought by looking at the website that it was a nicer hotel. I just felt that while all the staff were very pleasnt and the service was good the hotel as a whole lacked any sort of atmosphere. The rooms were fine but basic and are more suited to a business type stay which to be honest I think is the main reason for the hotel being in this area. I wouldn't stay again if I was going for a couples weekend but would definately recommend for a business trip.

Mark on reception and all the restaurant and housekeeping staff are so friendly. That and the hotel's central location made our stay here enjoyable. There were also very competitive room rates provided you paid at time of reservation

Room Tip: Make sure to ask for a room overlooking the water

We stayed here with our wedding guests over the busy May bank holiday. We cannot fault the staff with their welcome & service, day and night, not matter what we or our guests needed. The suite was gorgeous (they upgraded us from a junior suite to the presidential suite with a champagne welcome!!). It's not a cheap hotel but we certainly got what we paid for, and would happily do the same again. The addition of free onsite parking is a definite bonus - most other city centre hotels either have none, offsite and/or expensive pay-parking. Radisson is walking distance to most of the city centre too.

We stay here pretty much every time we go to Belfast if it's available... Very handy when driving to Belfast from South of Ireland. It's pretty direct to get to and has on-site parking. The city center is about a 10 minute walk. The rooms are comfortable and clean, staff are always really nice. The bar is quite nice. Breakfast is nice too. We had dinner there only once, wasn't overly impressed and have headed out for dinner every other time since as there are lots of options locally...!
