Nice hotel polite staff with nice room with comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was good too. The only thing that let it down was both days we had breakfast there we we're let down by our food orders not cooked. But all in all it didn't ruin our stay.

Very pleasant & helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. This provided the platform for a very relaxing stay. Special mention to Ian (Duty Manager) for his professional attitude. Have stayed here before and will certainly return.

We had dinner included in oue deal, we could see kitchen from our table, food was tasty how ever service was terrible considering there were 4 serving staff and 5 kitchen staff serving only 4 customers, we had to ask twice to order drinks, then I received the wrong main course, we both ordered chocolate fondant which takes 12 minutes to cook, dispite chef calling 2 only one was cooked, they then started again but no one came to apologise, manager had no clue what was going on and only apologised when I pointed out all the issues we had encountered, and then finally they tried to charge us for food which was included in our booking, totally different experience to the Sligo branch earlier in the year, room was comfortable and clean lets hope breakfast is a better experience

Stayed here as part of a tour. Location was good. Room okay. WiFi available in rooms was nice. But the service at dinner was trouble. Waited forever for food to arrive. And food was only okay. Not great.

Our fifth or sixth stay at this hotel - by far the nicest of the Radisson Blu chain that we have stayed at in Ireland. Vegetarian options at breakfast could be improved, but room quality and service both very high quality. There was a delay in the laundry service at the time of check out, but staff were very apologetic and deducted the price of two drinks from our bar bill as a good will gesture without any prompting. Highly recommended.

This was my second stay at the hotel and on this occasion also booked a room for my teams quarterly sales meeting.

The staff were all very friendly and check-in was fast and efficient. The bedroom was nice with a high level of cleanliness. Great bathroom with a decent shower.

Service in the bar was good (albeit pricey) and breakfast was excellent.

Only let down was 2 of my group being overbooked for a night which was frustrating as we had also booked the meeting room for the next morning.

Free WIFI that works well throughout the hotel.

Overall a decent hotel in a good location.
