This was our 2nd time in flame and we cant stop talking about it for days after . Although the food is absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is really relaxing and warm the service and staff are just brilliant and pay you just the right amount of attention and are so friendly .now for the food me and my fiancee have dined insome of the finest restuarants across northern ireland and this is the best to date i had home cooked chicken and ham pie this time with triple cooked chips with pepper dip and cauliflower cheese . And enjoyed a nice bottle of wine and chocolate fundooo for desert . Again we will book in for 2 weeks time cant wait 5 star

We were given a seat beside the door which meant every time some body walked out the door we were treated to an icy blast. We were how ever served by a very good waitress whose name I do not know but it was her first week. The food was cooked to perfection and apart from the seating well worth a visit and we will be back.

We went to Flame last night. First impressions on walking through the door were excellent, great atmosphere, fabulous smell, lovely staff.
We were shown to our table on the raised area on the left where we were sitting in a draft.
We received our starter (tandoori sharing platter) and expected to wait for that as detailed on the menu however we then waited for 50 minutes for our main course. There were two large parties of 10+ people who were being served ahead of us.
I changed places with my husband because I was cold but didn't ask to move because I didn't think it would take so long to be served.
The staff realised we were waiting and did apologise however it would put us off going back.
We did enjoy the food.

Visited Flame with colleagues for dinner. The food is excellent, especially the steak, and the service is friendly. The surroundings are very "now" - great lighting (unless you want romantic), busy but not over-crowded. Only criticism is the food took a very long time to come. It's not as fabulous as some reviews suggest, but it's very good and I'd recommend it, and it is good value.
