We chose Malmaison to celebrate our 21st Wedding anniversary on 04/01/13.My wife became ill immediately after eating in the restaurant. She was so unwell we checked out before midnight and went home. The night porter was concerned and claimed someone would phone us the next day. They did not. We phoned them and they would not comment until they had organised an expected hygiene audit which they found no issues. What level of customer sevice is appropriate for a ruined evening and a bed that has not been slept in. Malmaison have felt that to do nothing is appropriate
