“Family Friendly”
Reviewed 14 January 2014

We have two children 8 & 5, the four of us had a great stay. Staff were brilliant and organised a fabulous tour bus. Breakfast was excellent. Car parking was a challenge, but that cities these days! 10/10 for families with young kids.

I stayed here for two nights last week, at 29 pounds a night, room only, and was very pleased with my stay. Breakfast is 8.25 extra, and worth every penny. The room wasn't the biggest I have every stayed in, but it was very comfortable, with a good view. My only complaint I'd have about the room, is that they have liquid soap in the bathroom. It's not the Merchant, or the Europa, but at this price, it's great value, and a great location. Don't knock it till you try it.

Where can I start, we arrived on Wednesday and met with a friendly smile followed by our room keys, room was in perfect order, TV was bigger than I have in my house and the beds were nice and comfortable.

We done the meal deal in the restaurant as we were travelling on a budget and we definitely got what we paid for. Either of us could finish our food because the portions were big, but who's complaining about big portions.

I don't normally write reviews for places I've stayed but the customer service and the amount of care the staff had for us were really just exceptional so I've took the time out to do it.

Big thanks to all the staff for a 5 star rating. I'll never forget the time we stayed and in particular a big big thanks to David and Daniel who were night staff who couldn't have been better if they they tried. Also to Graeme the manager who is a very friendly and professional manager who we had the pleasure of meeting.

Next time I'm in Belfast I know where I'll be booking into.

Thanks for everything. C+R.

stayed at this hotel at the weekend for a short break, have stayed before and am always impressed. friendly staff at check-in and the rooms are clean. the food is really good and would advise the meal deal which you can get 3 course dinner with wine/beer or soft drink and an all you can eat breakfast for £22.99 per person. Close to city centre and great value will def be back

Loved it! Staff are amazing! Breakfast was really good. Not a bad location and only a short walk to walk to the City centre. (Or taxi if you are not that fit like me!).
Really, the Staff cannot do enough for you. They recommend all sorts of places and the best way to get there! We were visiting friends and also made use of the City Tour Bus. Brilliant idea when you can buy a 2 day ticket with an On / Off facility!

Room Tip: We were on the 8th floor so it was really quiet but our friends on other floors said that it was ver...

I stayed at this hotel for the second time during the Christmas holiday. This time I couldn't sleep properly because of the room's climate. It was very cold and sleeping was difficult. Turning up the heater made so much noise that I couldn't get any sleep either.
Premier Inn's advertisement guarantees a good night sleep, but this wasn't meant for me, I guess.
Rooms should be checked before the arrival of guests. A good night sleep is what I want from a hotel and this time they let me down.
The other facilities of this hotel are okay.
