Nice hotel, clean, great staff which were all super great with the kids. Location is great! Short walk to several restaurants. Hop on hop off bus pick up at hotel but be careful because they don't drop you off back at hotel after a certain time. Food was good value, quality and tasty. Definitely would go back & get the breakfast every day as it was very convenient & good.

Great, clean, affordable hotel. A short walk to the city centre, and very helpful staff who seemed eager to improve my stay. 30 min of free WiFi per day... but the savings on the hotel may allow you to dish out the few pounds to get more if needed.

10 minute walk from the city center and trendiest bars.
The room was spacious and clean, had a good night sleep (7th floor).

Cons were a 3 GBP charge for WiFi and 7.5 GBP charge for nearby parking (3 minute walk with our bags).

Room Tip: Probably choose a high floor, we got the 7th without asking and it was really quiet.

We have spent a night in this well located Hotel. It is a walking distance from the City Hall. The room was new, clean and confortable. The cost per night is less than the average for the zone and the Hotel is better tahn the others.

Having never stayed in a Premier Inn, you just dont know what to expect, and I had made a mental picture of something cheap and nasty. Not the case!
The staff were very welcoming, and pleasant.
The entrance area was clean, as were the stairwells, elevators and corridors.
The room was what you would expect from most mainline hotels these days, comfortable and functional.
The bar/restaurant area was modern and attractive, although I would recommend during a refurbishment that the bar is raised a few inches (it is quite low for a bar).
Food was good, as was the service.
I would stay here again both personally and for business.

Having stayed in premier inn in different cities I know that the standard of cleanliness is very good. What made this one standout the most was the staff. The staff here were absolutely excellent. They enhanced our stay by making everything so easy and friendly. I normally can name individuals but in this instance every member of staff from receptionist through to waiter/waitress were so helpful, informative and friendly
