Stayed here recently with it just opened . The building is amazing, full of original features but renovated to add all the mod cons. The en suite in the room I stayed in was uber luxurious with beautiful tills and a fantastic power shower. Everything is new and they have not spared on the level of fit. Loved the deep pile carpets - spent the whole time walking around in bare feet - no one does carpets anymore do they lol They definitely live up to the Boutique moniker.

Mandy the manager is super friendly and couldn't do enough for me as a newcomer to Belfast. I mistakenly booked a twin room when I really wanted a double bed and she had it sorted in minutes - actually double would be an incorrect description my room had a Superking. Location is great with loads of food places in the area and a pub/bar on every corner - all mins walk from the B&B.

Belfast is a cracking place to visit and staying at Harpers made it a real fantastic experience. Will be booking to stay here again. Next time though it will be with the other half as their featured room is incredible see the picture I grabbed from their web site - forgot to take any myself (too busy planning my next trip out). Should get my loads of brownie points as a she is really into the romantic stuff!
