Excellent Cod/haddock and chips all freshly cooked to order, normally long queues but definitely worth the wait! We have called here numerous times and have never been disappointed!

My wife & I visited recently after a recommendation of a friend, and have to say he wasn't wrong!

Went after getting of the Rathlin Ferry, and it was queued out the door. After makig our order, we were advised it would be a wait of 20/30 minutes, which was understandable due to the amount of orders they had on.

After our wait we were rewarded with 2 fish suppers, which were perfectly cooked, and tasted great. Will definately be back.

We were in Ballycastle on holiday about two years ago and had a very good meal here so we had to go again. We waited 20 minutes but it was worth it. The chips, made from new potatoes were outstanding and so was the fish in a light batter. The fish and chips are cooked to order so they are hot and stay that way until you get to the picnic tables to eat them! Our granddaughter said the chips and curry sauce was great too!!!

We went to this highly recommended fish and chipper tonight. My wife and I are on a perpetual quest for the best fish in the English / Irish tradition. Morton's ranks in the top tier! A very light breading had just the right crispiness to complement the great taste of the fresh fish. Large cod and haddock were both available. They were also serving special crab claws because the morning catch included them. Much better than the typical chipper shop.

We saw some fine looking onion rings in the tray and opted for them rather than chips tonight. It was a great choice because they were also breaded lightly and fried just right. All considered, it lived up to its reputation.
