Visited Silent valley with wife and son 12, after wanting to see for some time - bonus you can drive right up to park and only need to walk a few kilometres to see most of the scenery - entry to car park £4.50 so not expensive - would recommend walking boots or good trainers especially if planning to go off piste.

Some amazing scenery and photo opportunities - recommend - good toilet facilities etc - didn't try cafe but seemed to have the expected fare.
