Cathy was very nice to us, discussing the fresh catch of the day. We were there for lunch but wished we could have stayed for dinner, Cathy having described her arrangement with the local fishermen who bring in their catch, fresh that afternoon, ready for a great chef to prep. The meal we _did_ have blew us away! Fantastic!
