Just returned from first short stay at the Everglades Hotel it was fantastic well worth the visit, everything was first class. The staff were all friendly and experienced from the General Manager to reception staff and waiting staff. The room was excellent ,very comfortable and spacious. I must give a special mention to NEIL the General Manager who we met and for whom nothing was to much bother. Have already booked for next stay

The first time I have stayed at this Hotel. What a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived to we left we were made to feel important and welcome. The food was good and the staff were brilliant. Our thanks to the two Saras at reception and Barbara at breakfast. A special word of thanks to manager Kieran for all his help and advice especially the quality of the golf courses. Will be back ASAP would recommend this hotel to anyone. If in Derry take the wall tour great guide and very informative

Just returned from a lovely family break at this hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel staff were amazing from our friendly check-in, booking a table at a restaurant in town to recommending places to take a 12 yr old and a 3 year old to. Our suite was perfect with loads of space for the four of us. The children loved the swans made from the towels and the little rubber ducks. The food in the hotel is fantastic there is a great choice to choose from at breakfast and our meal on the first night in the restaurant was great. I am really looking forward to returning to the hotel very soon.

Really friendly staff who go out of their way to help & who manage to remain chatty as well as professional. Food in the restaurant is also great- and the offers for stays/ shopping are worth keeping an eye out for.
Rooms are nice, not too small and even the rooms at the front by the main road are quiet enough to get a decent nights sleep.

We stayed at Everglades last weekend, from arrival the staff where very attentive and polite, had dinner in it 2 nights food was outstanding and the staff where excellent breakfast was also great and a great selection .The rooms where spotless this all made our stay pleasant .The hotel is a little bit out from the city but for only £3.50 in a taxi don't let this put you off well worth it.

Had Sunday lunch carvery yesterday at the Everglades.
Good selection of starters ( both hot & cold) and main courses.
The children were particularly taken by the pudding selection especially the chocolate fountain.
The staff were very friendly and good with the children. We were put under no pressure to finish up quickly.
The dining room itself is very nice.
I'd definitely recommend this for a relaxed Sunday lunch option.

Dear Guest,

From all the Food & Beverage Team at The Everglades , thankyou for taking the time to write a review about our Sunday Buffet. We are delighted you enjoyed your afternoon and we realise the dessert options are just as important to finish off your meal.
I would be interested in hearing some more feedback if you had time to email me at : genmanager@egh.hastingshotels.com to see how we could improve on your rating to make it 5/5 next time.

warm regards
