Have just spent some wonderful time at this fantastic hotel for the European Highland dance championships. Place completely buzzing with competitors, their families, musicians and the atmosphere brilliant. Afternoon tea delightful and staff from everyone from manager down could not do more. this is a really versatile space. Great place for an event, break or longer stay and just to say...big thank you for the ducks!!

The Everglades hotel provided a quiet escape on the fringe of the city for a few days but still was only a stroll away from the bustle of Derry city. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and the restaurant provided an excellent menu in the evening to enjoy and relax before eventually retiring to a pleasant room with a very large and extremely comfortable bed. If the UK city of culture(Derry) is for you then don't go past the Everglades hotel.

We went for the Sunday Buffet as a family....... wow, the food was incredible and the staff were unbelievably attentive (but not intrusive). I would honestly recommend this to anyone visting Derry. After food it was nice to relax by the fire in the bar and sample a nice bottle or two of the house white. Well worth a visit!!

Stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and two children and hope to return very soon. Great hotel, lovely rooms which were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very handy to all that Derry has to offer, we found it a great base to explore the city's walls, tourist attractions and also do a bit of shopping. Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay and it added to the relaxing atmosphere we felt all weekend.
Breakfast and evening meal were both fantastic and throughly enjoyed by us all. I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here. Many thanks to the hotel staff who made this visit so enjoyable.

The hotel was absolutely brilliant, just a 15 minute walk along the pleasant pathway on the banks of the Foyle to the city (or £3.50 by taxi) the rooms were first class, really comfy beds, spacious, clean with all needs provided for (TV with multiple channels) very friendly & helpful staff. service was 1st class and the food was top notch (evening meal and cultural afternoon tea amazing)
A wonderful location just outside the lively city centre, really enjoyed and would highly recommend the Martin McCrossan city tour which the Hotel arranged for us..... Can't wait to return, and a big thank you to the Hotel staff.
