Fantastic restaurant, the food is superb. Had the carvery and the beef melted in your mouth.
Their menu is varied and the staff are lovely, if you get a chance. Go

Top class food - both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff friendly, and we were given extra little sampler starters to taste

As part of our Awesome Autumn Deal full Breakfast and 2 evening meals where included in the package. The staff where lovely and very friendly and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere especially on the Saturday evening when there was music from the baby grand piano placed in the corner of the room which provided a lovely touch. The food was excellent and presented to the highest standard and with great choice. The breakfast was also first class with great choice from cereal breakfast juices, grapefruit and fresh fruit to a full self service cooked good ulster fry!! plus tea /coffee and toast /croissants! and service was always given with a warm smiles and a chat! It really set you up for the day ahead.

My wife and I stay in the adjoining hotel a lot and spend a lot of time in Derry. But rather than eat in the city centre we ALWAYS eat in 68 Clooney. Its a no brainer, comfortable surroundings, great friendly staff, scrumptious food all lovingly prepared by a team of chefs and served by friendly staff. All tastes are catered for and our personal favourite is the Tea for two for you and me...2 courses each and a glass of wine all for a mere £29.99. I love the chicken and pepper sauce, and the steaks are lovely too. Special mention must go to Mary the Restaurant manager, always ready with a a word or two and to Dill who is in India at the minute, but hopefully will be there when Im up in two weeks again.
