“The highpoint of our visit to Derry - ask for Bill! The ONLY tour to go on.”

We were lucky enough to have the charismatic and knowledgeable Bill as our Guide and he was absolutely brilliant. I LOVED this tour. This is an amazing city and it is just so obvious that this adopted Glaswegian adores the place. He gives a completely unbiased history of the city - he tells it like it is and I completely disagree with some comments made elsewhere on this site. This city has a history - it can't be sanitised just to satisfy the politically correct crew. Bill is superb - this was my highpoint of the holiday. Thank you.

“Walking and bus tour of Derry with Bill.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 August 2014

We were treated to a most excellent tour of the walls and murals of Derry by Bill, the lovely Glaswegian, who was both extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. Although we got caught out by a mad shower, we weren't deterred to carry on, because Bill had us hooked. We will all be recommending your tour when we return to Liverpool. Thanks!!

“Great tour by George!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 August 2014

Great tour by George (our guide on the Hop on Hop off bus tour). The tour of the city and it's history was felt to us to be unbiased and balanced. George is a great ambassador for the city. He made the visit for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit to Derry/Londonderry due in large part by George.

His personal experience and formal education added to his credibility and the overall experience.

“Not unbaised”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 July 2014

Decided to take this trip as we had really enjoyed the Belfast bus and found them unbaised and witty. The bus had just left and the ticket seller told us it left on the hour every hour. We shopped and returned having to wait to a quarter past for the bus to come.
It started well , but Bill did not state facts while at the morals but a very biased nationalist view. The issue of the housing was so wrong, as there are poor and rich housing on both sides.
Think he should talk more of the buildings and history of the city and less sectarianism.

“family visit to derry”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 July 2014

we arrived into Derry on Friday 18th July, parked up easily and decided to do the bus tour. Good value family ticket for 40 euro (delighted that they took euro as had no sterling) tour took about 1 hour, it was very informative and certainly gave a great insight into its history

very much enjoyed this tour and would recommend to others
