Good Afternoon. Many thanks for your kind review. I am so glad to hear that you are a returning guest and continue to enjoy our hotel and enjoy interacting with our team members. It sounds like you have found your way around the City very quickly :) and yes, although we are a little out of the city centre, the bus stop is directly behind us and the taxis are usually very promt. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we look to forward to welcoming you back to Premier Inn for another visit.

Just what you would expect in a relatively new Premier Inn - clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Breakfasts in the adjoining Brewer's Fayre were very good but the evening Italian Buffet wasn't. However, the stand-out feature was the excellent, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your kind comments. I am delighted to see that you scored us so highly. We aim to ensure all of our guests have a great stay by providing great rooms and great service and I am pleased to hear that you feel we achieved this. I will pass your comments on the team in Brewers Fayre. If you return, perhaps try the Sunday Carvery, it is my personal favourite :) We hope to welcome you back to Premier Inn again soon, have a great day.

This is a new hotel located on the outskirts of L'derry but within a pleasant walking distance of a shopping centre with Homebase, M&S, Next etc etc. It's not in a built up area although there is a big college further up the hill. It's very nice to walk around. The Brewers Fayre next door is okish for basic pub grub. Much nicer places in L'derry such as Molly's in the Craft Village. The staff are superb, so, so friendly and welcoming. Will try to accommodate every request, however Premier Inn treat their staff should be marketed to other companies as I have never met an unpleasant person in any of their hotels! The people in L'derry are particularly friendly and warm. The hotel is lovely with spacious rooms and everything you want from a hotel. One tip thought for the hotel would be to get the beautiful grounds and flower beds weeded as it looks a tiny bit unkempt. Tip for those with older children, ie 11+ is to ask for a Level 2 room. There's only two floors in the hotel. One consistent issue I have is supplying a camp bed for children instead of a proper bed.

Lovely hotel.
Great location for Derry airport.
Rooms very comfortable, clean and spacious.
Staff very friendly. Would certainly recommend it.
Food at the adjoining pub was ok and as we arrived very late we were grateful that they accommodated us.

Just had a one night stay, and it was very pleasant. The receptionist was very welcoming, and definitely created a very good first impression, something not all hotels place enough emphasis on, in my experience.
As described, the hotel is located a little out from the city centre, but the hotel arranged a taxi for me, into the city, which cost £4.50, very reasonable. I got to walk part of the city walls, which I recommend doing.
The hotel is in a peaceful spot, which was just what I wanted. I had a room on the first floor, which was spacious, well appointed and well kept. The building, overall, looks very new.
It's easy to find, following the instructions given on the website. There is ample parking, and a Costcutter shop located very close by. There are also vending machines at the hotel reception.
I didn't sample the evening fare in the restaurant, but it appeared to be quite busy, which is a good sign.
Breakfast is the usual Premier offering, good selection of everything, the only different thing from other Premiers is that the hot food is cooked to order, rather than being self service.
Derry city is well worth a visit, this was a flying one for me, but I would stay at this hotel again, based on my experience there.

Room Tip: Looks like a very new building so I assume the rooms are all of a similar standard.

Thank you for your kind feeback. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you will return. We are 19months old so still relatively new :) Our team try to make every guest feel welcome and I am glad that you felt you experienced this. Derry/Londonderry has a lot to offer, the City Walls are one of the most popular attractions for tourists, perhaps when you visit again you could take the open top bus tour as it also gives alot of insight to the history of the city. Once again, thank you for your comments, we hope to welcome you back soon.

Staf were lovely. It's a relatively new Premier Inn so still in very god order. Large room, comfortable beds, very good shower. Location is out of town but it's only 5 minute dive to Waterside (not a convenient location for those who prefer to walk). Didn't eat in Brewers Fayre so can't comment on breakfast, etc. You know what to expect from a Premier Inn and this is no exception.
