“Execellent location”
Reviewed 19 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

We really enjoyed our stay at Banagher Road !
The house is lovely, it consists of 2 very spacious appartments. Every bedroom has an enclosed bathroom and every appartment has a large kitchen + living room.
The house has been newly renovated/built 6 months ago and is in a perfect condition with many equipment.
Many thanks to our landlord David, who was very helpful and responsive, if we had any question.
The location is very quiet on country side, approx. 30 min to Belfast, 1 h to Portstewart.
We stayed with 3 families and enjoyed all facilities and can really recommend this location.

“Very comfortable , spacious house in fantastic location.”
Reviewed 14 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

As a family of 5 with 3 young children we had a lovely week at the house. It was very spacious for the kids and comfortable. The house is in a beautiful location over looking the Sperrin mountains and felt like a home from home. Despite its rural location we found it easy to get anywhere we needed and managed to explore some of Northern Irelands beautiful scenery, along the coastal route ( Giants causeway ) and history ( Titanic museum at Belfast ). We would love to return sometime and I can't recommend this place enough .

“Superb accommodation in a beautiful peaceful location”
Reviewed 1 August 2015 for a stay in July 2015

We stayed in this accommodation during the Dale Farm milk Cup from Mon. 27th Jul for five days . It was all and more that you would want, spotless with all the facilities you need. The owner went out of his way to make you feel welcome and at home. The accommodation is located in a very peaceful area with the most beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and forest. Although we come from N. Ireland it's and area we have never really stayed in before , but it's a location we intend to explore more in the future . There is so much history around, together with outdoor life, hill walking, fishing, bird watching we stood and watched a buzzard circle for ages a majestic sight . And yet we where only twenty minutes from Limavady where we were based for the Milk Cup. What more can we say delightful accommodation wonderful location and yes we will be back.

“Best vacation home in all Ireland”

My colleagues from the Duffy's Cut Project in the USA stayed in David Martin's Banagher Road self catering in July, and I speak for all 5 of us when I say this house was the most remarkable place in all Ireland we could have chosen to stay. David was an incredibly gracious host who went out of his way to show us around to all the local historical and cultural sites dating from prehistory to the Middle Ages, and some marvelous pubs. The scenery was breathtaking and the house was magnificent and spacious. Well worth the trip!!! Thanks, David!!

“If you are looking for somewhere to wind down and relax this is it.”
Reviewed 21 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

There were ten of us staying at this brilliant location. We were attending a family event that weekend so didnt get as long as we would have liked to just enjoy the house, its location and surrounding area. So we are coming back in the autumn to take walks through the mountains, light a turf fire and simply relax. The kids loved going through the neighbouring fields in search of neolithic stone circles which they were very excited to find. We took them hoovercrafting in nearby Limavady, which they loved. If you wanted to up the pace Derry City and the North Coast is within easy driving distance. Belfast is only an hour away. Although the house is located beside the small country road we only saw one car the whole weekend and it was going at snails pace so safety for kids isn't an issue. The owners couldn't be more helpful. Really lovely people who offered to take us to local sites of interest if we had the time and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. The welcome gift was very much appreciated. The rooms were spacious and bright with everything to make your stay enjoyable. So, go book Banager Road Self Catering. You'll have a great time!

“Fab - Love the Peace & Quiet (all of us did)”
Reviewed 26 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

I rented this property in June (two adults and three children 12, 8 & 5) and had a fab long weekend! Warm welcome from the owners (who also saw us off) and they responded in minutes to a query/issue we had in the kitchen (nothing serious, no need to share), but just they offered excellent customer service to make our stay enjoyable. Everything in the house appeared very new and in excellent working order. We would highly recommend this house(s) to anyone looking for a nice break in the area. Excellent location to visit anywhere in mid or north ulster. Nearest shop is a 15 minute walk or five minute drive into Dungiven if you need a bigger shop. The scenic surroundings of the house are lovely and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Wifi throughout the house(s) just in case the weather took a turn - always good to keep the smallies busy on their iPads... We don't travel to Ulster often, where there for a Feile weekend, but would not hesitate to stay again. To the property owners, thank you for making us feel so welcome - supreme customer service...

“Excellent standard of accomadation & would 100% stay again.”
Reviewed 16 November 2014 for a stay in November 2014

I rented this property in November for a group of 8 and had a great weekend! The facilities within the house are all brand new and of an excellent standard. We plan to rent the property again next year and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice break. The scenic surroundings of the house are immaculate and tranquil and has the potential for lovely walks along the countryside.
