Just dropped in yesterday for lunch and a chat with 4 friends. The attention was excellent --the staff lovely and the lunch was really tasty. We stayed for ages and no one ever made us feel we were taking up space. There are lots of places to sit and no one is near enough to overhear any conversations. Great parking and we had a lovely day .

Room Tip: All rooms would be quiet as this hotel in on the outskirts of the town and yet is easy to access fro...

Stayed for two nights over the dominic kirwan weekend . Staff on reception friendly and knowledgable about local attractions. Rooms very spacious and airy . Was disappointed as check in was 3pm and when we went to check in at half three our room was not ready . Had breakfast in barista great selection for breakfast . Dinner and lunch well presented and food very tasty . Was bit confused as ordered pint of diluted orange on three occasions and was never sane price seemed to get dearer as time went on. Function room very spacious airy and plenty of room for dancing . Already looking forward to my stay next year

We wanted to bring the kids to the museum but by the time we reached Omagh is was too late. A quick look for hotels and we booked The Silverbirch. The receptionist matched the price we found on line which was great, it's always tough getting a room for 2 adults and 3 small kids and the hotel were more than helpful.

Room was a good size but as it was during the summer it was rather hot and unfortunately the windows don't open too far to let the air in.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice for the kids.

We had some issues with noise in the early hours of the morning after an event but staff were very apologetic the next day and this was followed up with an email from the manager.

Actually heading back in August for a night, looking forward to it. Very pleasant staff.

We started off our holiday in Omagh in the Silver birch hotel as we had never visited before. On arrival we were greeted by two very friendly receptionists. Our room was airy and spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a shower over the bath with endless supply of hot water and lovely toiletries. After a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed we went down to breakfast where you had a variety of cereals and juice, followed by a full Irish or other choices. All in all it was a relaxing stay and I would definitely stay again

Just back from an overnight stay with spa package from lavender health spa. We had a very relaxing time. The staff at the hotel were most pleasant and helpful and great room service.
The bedroom was clean and had all amenities we required.
Fantastic choice of breakfast in the morning ranging from cereals, breads, fruit and cooked breakfast.
Free parking also a bonus and close to town centre

The lavender spa was just perfect, so relaxing with helpful and welcoming staff.
We Cant wait to make recommendations for this package again. We will be back.
Thanks

Having recently had a one night stay at the Silverbirch Hotel, dont think i will rush back anytime soon. Staff friendly and helpful. Very busy because of Weddings on while waiting to speak to someone at reception, rude guests pushing in, in front, not waiting there turn.
The room not quite what you would expect large black marks on the wall and ceiling of room. We couldnt regulate the temperature in the room, it was extremely hot and there was a horrendous noise started at about 530am, making sleep impossible.

Room Tip: Wouldnt book rooms next to the road where the entrance is!
