I stayed here with my husband, an 18mth old and two dogs and we all had a great time. We were greeted with a lovely welcome basket of goodies including home made soda bread and butter which was quickly devoured. Also it was my husbands 40th birthday and we had kindly been left a card and a box of chocolates. Little touches like this make all the difference. The cottage is really quaint and has a homely feel to it. The grassy area at the front was ideal for both the dogs and an active toddler. The location is great for attractions like the Ulster American Folk Park. We would definitely stay again as it met all our needs and more.
Our Second Stay at "Cobblers" has been Home from Home for us.
This wonderful 200 + year old Irish Cottage situated in the foothills of the Sperrins Mountains for us is the ideal location to explore all that Northern Ireland has to offer.
It's comfortable, warm and welcoming.

The Cooney Family
We stayed here in May for a friend's birthday and I honestly couldn't recommend it enough.
From the great hospitality shown by Margaret and Eamon to the amazingly dog friendly facilities available and the fantastic local walks for all the family to enjoy.
The cottage is quite close to local forest walks and towns (by car)
I would recommend that you visit Drum Manor forest park. Fantastic walks and plenty of places for a picnic.
We can't wait to come back.
Just a fabulous cottage and hosts! Upon our arrival we were welcomed with a basket of Irish goodies and homemade soda bread, delicious to say the least! Cottage has everything you could ask for, as we had been traveling Ireland on motor bikes and use of a washing machine was in much need! Cottage is close to many attractions, relics and 40 mins to Belfast, Giants Causeway, Carrick-rope bridge and the beach! Yes I say beach as our weather was just outstanding the 4 day we stayed. We hope to get back in 2018 for another visit!
Just a wee note to say thank you to Margaret and Eamonn for the lovely welcome and hospitality of Cobblers Cottage. What a beautiful place to spend time with family and friends. Everything you could want is provided for and more. Can't wait to go back.
The fact that this was once a family home, connected to Margaret and Eamon, makes it a privilege to stay. The surprisingly roomy cottage is charming and completely renovated with all mod cons. In the winter chill it's a fab place to snuggle down of a night. During the day you are ideally placed to explore the best of Tyrone and the Sperrins or further afield. Hard to overstate how much I enjoyed the stay - so much, in fact, that I was tempted to keep it to myself. The cottage has all you could need - more impressive than a Swiss army knife.
Stayed in October 2016 as a family of five. Fabulous traditional Irish cottage lovingly restored with home comforts, wonderful welcome from the owner complete with basket of goodies (including home made soda bread - delicious!) Real wood burner which was a treat to sit around in the evening cosy and warm, amazing dark skies for star gazing. Ideal base for exploring both Northern and Southern Ireland with many places to visit. Good selection of games, dvds etc in cottage and swing, see saw and basketball hoop to keep daughter occupied. A real find and pictures reflect what the cottage is like but the reality was even better. First visit to Ireland and we were not disappointed!
