Viewing this lake from the window of the car, it seemed endless. The trees in and around it as well as the several parks and camping areas around it make it a perfect spot for outdoor lovers and hikers. The mountains surrounding it lend the scenery a magical touch.

Our family of 4 joined 9 others for a Rabbies day trip to Loch Lomond,Oban and Glencoe. We had a golden voice, dressed to the kilt handsome witty full of life Scotsman, Murray, who took us on a truly memorable holiday to the unspoilt breathtaking beauty of the scottish lochs, highlands and castle. We had fab seafood at Oban - the recommendations were out of this world! We will be back.

A lovely loch. Overlooked by Beinn Lomond. The islands are very interesting. However unless you go to the very north east of the Loch it is very commercialised. If you like that then this is for you, if you want remote and unspoilt try the lochs further north.

Very beautiful scenery while driving along the fascinated valleys' of the Scottish Highlands. The weather also was beautiful and took lot of photos. We really needed this lovely holiday and was very relaxing with good food too. :)

Loch Lomond was our first stop of our trip that day from Glasgow to Aberdeen. We were told that this loch is the second largest after Loch Ness in Scotland. We arrived around 10 am and the sun was very kind to us to shine brightly as for us from the tropical country it was quite cold that day. The scenery here was beautiful & marvelous to take photo's as rememberance of this trip .......
