“just breathtaking.”
Reviewed 24 June 2014

Had a lovely sunny day for our 1st visit, caught the ferry to Luss, which was stunning, a short slow ride, so you could enjoy all the spectacular scenery, a stroll and lunch around Luss, which is a lovely quaint village steeped in history.A fantastic day.

“Nice place to stop”
Reviewed 23 June 2014

This was our first stop on our Timberbush tour to Skye, and even though it was raining at that time we had a nice little visit. Very peaceful and calm, and there are gift shops (of course) for souvenirs.

“Beautiful Lake near Glasgow”
Reviewed 21 June 2014

As part of a Timerbush tour we stopped at Balloch and took a lake ship for an hour cruise to Luss. It was relaxing and beautiful. Balloch and the Loch are about 30 minutes by train from Glasgow and a weekend destination for its residents. It offers a nice opportunity to see the countryside.

“peacefull and quiet.”
Reviewed 8 June 2014

As I have grown up I have appreciated mother nature. Loch lomond really hits the spot for truly relaxing place to be at , when I went it was a little out of season but to me it felt more private. The weather was a bit cold but misty so I didn't stay too long. There was a good range of shops there and close by was a lovely place you can stay in called Tullie inn. I had a lovely breakfast there and the staff were polite and courteous. Overall I would recommend a nice weekend there to relax and take in all that nature can give.

“A Good Day Out”
Reviewed 8 June 2014

We visited this place whilst staying on a caravan site in Ayr. We went along with my son who lives in Kilmarnock so we had the day with him plus see the sights. We spent the day here, had lunch in the shopping complex and looked around then drove further around the loch. Lots of boats for hire (although we didn't hire them) Plenty of cafes for drinks, food and toilets. We saw a duck family 2 adults with about 5 babies following so cute. Plenty of photo opportunities too we took a lot of photo's. Well worth a visit.
