My partner and I visited Tien with my sister and her partner on the Monday between Christmas and New Year. This restaurant used to be the Oriental Palace - and we had been there before for the buffet which was ok - nothing special.
We knew that there had been some changes - but were really impressed - lovely modern decor, fresh linen , generally spotless. I felt slightly underdressed as we were expecting the same tired decor and plain old buffet. The service and attention from the Tien staff was faultless - and the food fresh and tasty. We will definatley be back!
Cost approx for the four of us was £85 (starters, mains, rice/noodles and 2 bottles of decent priced merlot)
