Food is really good, prices are reasonable and owner is very friendly. I've never had a bad meal there yet.

“Grease merchant”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 June 2014

Have eaten here a few times, but won't again. It is cheaper than other Indian takeaways but theres a reason. Curry has layers of grease on it, it's not fresh, lukewarm even when takeaway and not delivered. In terms of meat content, it's limited. I think it says it all that it tries to sell everything. Jack of all trades master of none. Just to add every time I've eaten there stomach has been all over the place for days, hasn't happened with other Indians. Would add the service is really good though.

“Great value food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 November 2013 via mobile

A fantastic Indian Takaway, the secret to this place is simple, wonderful food, the last visit I opted for a chicken curry, prob the obvious choice, but it's also the finest I have had in Aberdeen, the chicken was fresh and succulent, with the sauce just right, it's a very clean place, you won't be disappointed

“Love this place”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 November 2013 via mobile

Ordered meals for delivery on a cold Saturday night and I'm so glad we did. One of the best I've ever eaten, the korma was perfect. Everything we ordered and it was a lot was delivered on time, hot and tasted perfect, well recommended.

“Worst Curry Ever!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 October 2013

Recently moved into the Student Accomodation at the Uni, so this place is the nearest takeaway. It looks bad on the outside, and the food tastes even worse! My chicken tikka massala was abysmal, wierd tasting, like nothing i'd ever had before. Absolutely no spice in it at all (i know its supposed to be mild, but even so). The rice was pretty bad too, all stuck together....chicken itself with stringy and poor quality. Naan was bizarre-peshwari ad an orange sauce in the middle, and looked as if it had been stonebaked.
It is all cooked fresh, and quickly. Service OK, but walking in to find the man on the counter with his back to the door watching foootball isn't a great first impression. £11.98 for my order I thought was very expensive given the quality.
Honestly, give it a miss- Wetherspoons would do you a better curry....
