I stayed in Jury's Inn over the second weekend of April 2010, with a group of under 15 year old rugby players. The hotel was very clean, the location was fantastic, in the Union Shopping complex, and beside the cinema. The staff were courtious and treated the boys with courtsey - that courtsey was reciprocated and we had no problems with errant behaviour. We had a very pleasant experience.

The new Jurys Inn in Aberdeen is ideally situated for the lone female traveller who does not enjoy walking city streets in the evenings.
The shopping centre cinema and various restaurants are right on the doorstep and you dont even need a brolly to walk from the railway station to the reception desk. Hope standards dont drop when the newness wears off.

The hotel is good and conveniently located just next to the railway station. Maybe it's a little too expensive.

Had a very pleasant stay here for 1 night. Spotless clean hotel, nice room, comfy bed, and although right in the centre of town quiet and peaceful, although the hotel seemed very busy, being as it was Easter weekend. Enjoyed a lovely buffet breakfast in the morning with loads of choice, although maybe some items could have been replenished more quickly. Didn't have dinner on this occasion, but have previously, and would recommend. The best thing about this hotel is the central location, right next to the bus and railway stations, in the Union Square shopping centre and a short walk to the other shopping malls, theatre, restaurants etc.

This is a budget hotel at an exaggerated price - it is exactly like a Premier Inn but cost me £113 (including breakfast). It's new, so very clean, but very average furnishings and long bland corridors. Aberdeen isn't good for hotels so I'll stay here again if I needed to, but I really resent paying this sort of price when the hotel is nothing special. The best thing is the location - right next to the station and in the Union Square mall. The room was freezing cold and it took a phone call to reception to find out how to work the heating control. The breakfast buffet was good though I should have saved money and gone to the lovely cafe right next door in the mall. The toiletries were watered down - couldn't get the shower gel to lather up at all! And I didn't sleep well due to building work outside - at midnight!! The hotel tried to get this to stop, it obviously was out of their control, but I had an early flight so did not appreciate the disturbance and would have appreciated an immediate offer to relocate me to the other side of the hotel, rather than a 'lets see how long it lasts and then reassess' response.
