Was staying at the Jurys Hotel across from this restaurant, and after a pretty dismal meal at the hotel on my first night decided to venture further afield.
Bing new to area I asked at hotel reception for a recommendation for a good Indian Restaurant...strangely, as Nazma seemed so close, they recommended somewhere much further into the city centre. I decided to walk into town and spotted Nazma just yards from the Hotel. It had just started to drizzle a little so I thought "what the hell...lets just go here"...so pleased that I did!
Was shown to table quickly by the staff, who were very attentive throughout my visit. restaurant is nicely decorated and has avery good "feel" to it.
Checking over the menu left me drooling with anticipation. It is very varied and caters for pretty much all tastes. Prices are reasonable and offer a good selection from the cheaper "standard" curry-house fair to somewhat more expensive house specialities and more exoticly flavoured dishes.
meal arrived very promptly and I was not disappointed...everything was cooked to perfection and the aroma's were just as amazing as the eventual taste. Portion size was pretty good, especially as I was on my own and had ordered side dishes and naan bread...did manage to eat it all but boy was I stuffed at the end! i wasn't going to leave a thing...it was wonderful!
Would I go again...Hell Yes!...in fact I am looking forward to my next trip to Aberdeen so I can go again.
Would I receommend...again it is a resounding yes.
As a matter of interest...one of the guys who I was on my business trip with, went into same place a little later that night after I left. We chatted about it avidly the following day, he was just as impressed as I was.
