We held our wedding at the hotel back in March this year and it was simply the best decision we made. Right from the start when we went to view the hotel we got an amazing vibe from the staff and the Management. We were a little concerned about the size of the funtion room but turned out we worried over nothing as it was a perfect.

On the day it was all hands on deck to help make the day as special and stress free as possible. Graham, Kerry and Scott did an amazing job and no request was a problem.

We had many guests travel from outside the UK and stayed over at the hotel, they complimented the scottish hospitality and this was done to the impression the hotel left them with.

The food is hearty and fresh, the rooms are clean and comfy and the staff are professional and eager to help - what more could you ask for from a hotel.

Hi

Recently had the pleasure of a ladies cocktail night demo/participation at the Palm Court Hotel. Was absolutely brilliant and think all other 18 girls who attended thought the same. Our cocktail barmen, Steven and Adam were so up for it and really made the night so enjoyable so def 12 out of 10 for effort..would recommend this to any girlie group!! Def not one for the boys!!!

We stayed here last weekend and loved it, our room was clean in fact very clean, of a good size with a beautiful refurbished bathroom, the food was great, we had an excellent evening meal here and breakfast was fine as buffet goes.
The staff are especially helpful and friendly which makes such a difference.
We will definately be returning.

Stayed two nights here...Daughters wedding reception. Our room was really nice and quiet but some of the other guests did say that their bedrooms were just too noisy...a total lack of soundproofing between some of the rooms. Otherwise everything excellent...a few minor (non hotel) problems sorted by the staff...they were brilliant. The food was superb-just stay or visit for their fish&chips:))

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night only as was attending a function, I had my dog with me and the staff couldnt have been any more helpful, put in a room on the ground floor with exit door for easy access to take the dog out, although we had our dog with us our room was great, not any different from any of the other ones, as I found out when I checked out my in-laws rooms.
The room was lovely, gorgeous, large, comfy bed, all furnishings great, bathroom absolutely lovely, very clean, modern, and extras very nice.
The buffet provided for the night was fantastic, and on requesting ice for champagne bucket, was provided with glasses as well, by Graham.
Breakfast was really good, really tasty and service fab. All staff were really lovely, friendly and couldnt have been more helpful.
Only stayed one night but we are planning to go back pretty soon, couldnt recommend this hotel any more, it was perfect!

I stayed in this hotel for two nights while on a course and found it to be very comfortable.

My room and food were very good and I found the staff to be very helpful. A special mention for the barman (Alex) who went out his way to see that our group were always looked after. 'Simply the best' barman in Aberdeen.

My only complaint would be my meal on my first night. I had the haggis / pastry starter and although it looked good and tasted okay, it was a bit expensive for not alot. Same with the main course. But after that everything was fine and no complaints from me. A clean, comfortable well run hotel.

I had the pleasure of being a guest at the Palm Court in late Dec & over the New Year period. The hotel was especially festive, warm, cosy & safe.
My thanks to Manager Scott Horner & his staff who certainly made me feel like one of the family. Although primarily a business hotel the place has a unique homey feel due to the friendliness of the staff & the charm of the regulars in the Whisky Bar. We had an absolutely fabulous Hogmanay, and the pipe band at middnight was a real emotional treat! Mass catering at the festive season often falls short, but the food & service from Breakfasts, Bar Lunches, multi course Dinners & not to leave out the Stovies served in the wee hours of New Years Day were all carefully prepared, served hot & delicious!! My mouth is watering remembering the scrumptious fare laid on for Brunch on New Years Day.
