Have family and friends here so always looking for somewhere to stay overnight and this place is great value for money. Wish they would supply shampoo and hair dryer and everything would be perfect. It is only a 10 minute walk from train station and is very central.

We have stayed in many Travelodges and found the Aberdeen Central Justice Mill Lane to be the best one yet. Although we did not completely agree with the name "Central" it was well placed on the edge of Aberdeen centre and therefore perhaps a little quieter than the one near Bridge Street? There was a lot of "late night city" noise but we were close to a nightclub and we stayed Friday and Saturday nights so we could not
complain really. The standard of accommodation was high especially the bathroom showers and the comfortable beds. The quality of the staff was also excellent and the food in the cafe was very good, both breakfast and evening meal. This was extremely useful to us during our stay.

me and my partner checked in for a 3 night stay at this hotel and within 2 minutes we were discusted, there is a car park that fits about 10 cars in it which is very cramped and tight as people park in the entrance. The staff on arrival were very rude and abrupt. Our room was horrible with thick dust in the corners fag butts outside the window and mould in the bathroom due to the extractor fan not working. during our 3 night stay our room was looked at only once and even then tea and coffee cups were left and bathroom went uncleaned. I will not be staying here again and i am very dissapointed in the quality of this so called refurbished hotel. I contacted travelodge customer service centre online and included the pictures i had taken of the room and they were quick to apologise and issue a full refund.

Room Tip: ask for a room with a bath on the south facing side of the hotel as rooms with a bath are bigger and...

I stayed here on business and couldn't believe the price being charged for an overnight stay. The room was a typical room for a travelodge with no frills.

I had been booked with breakfast and it was very poor. The hot buffet consisted of scrambled egg, sausages, bacon or beans served on a small hot area at the end. The tomato was cold.

Definitely not worth the money!!

3 girlfriends and I visited for a birthday party and stayed two nights. Terrible service and they did not provide twin beds. They then charged full price for another room but only arranged one night and packed up our luggage without telling us. Double rooms are tiny and have only one chair and no storage. Hotel is opposite a bar which operates noisily until the early hours. Staff are badly trained and quite unable to deal with any problems which might arise. I will never go near a Travelodge again - other budget hotels offer much better facilities.

The room was fine, bed fine, no probs there. These have decided to have a go at serving food, BADLY!!! Having been a chef at a high level for 25 years I think Im more than qualified to comment on this. All menu is pulled out of freezer upon an order then either put in fryer, oven or microwave.Day 1,pizza, raw on the bottom, resembled chewing gum.Day 2, chicken burger, chicken pre cooked and bar marked, cold in the middle, not really great for chicken.Day 3, "hand battered haddock" please dont lie to me, this was also frozen, and not cooked, I left that and walked out,Day 4, steak pie, frozen soild!!!!! To say the food here is a disgrace is an understatement!!! On day 3 there were 6 tables eating, 4 of these tables were single people, the girl behind the bar was turning residents away as they were "too busy" and asking people to come back in 40 mins COME ON!!!!! I even witnessed on staff member telling customers that they were couldnt have a drink untill they ordered food due to the onslaught of customers, what a joke. They have had a crack at breakfast but this is cheap and nasty, stick to cereal!!!! If you do go for a cooked breakfast good luck on finding a plate, there were none 2 days out of 4 and I had to go into the kitchen to find someone!!!!!!!! Oh and another thing, I asked for a can of tennats larger and was asked for £4.60 !!!!!!!!!!! profitering at it's worst!!!! My company paid for this, if I had to I would have refused to pay and just given the room rate. Please travel lodge, if you are going to try and feed the public you need some staff who know what they are doing and some edible ingredients, I'm shocked at the level of service, and alittle embarrased for the people having to serve this rubbish.NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
