“Wedding bells at the chapel.”
Reviewed 31 August 2013

We visited Kings College grounds on a day in which a wedding was being conducted in the chapel and were present when the wedding party exited. Had our photo taken with the piper who was piping the bride and groom on their way. The buildings of the college are remarkable and the chapel is beautiful.

“Beautiful and peaceful”
Reviewed 10 August 2013

We only had a quick minute to visit during a bus tour of the city. It was worth going through the rain to find this chapel. It is beautiful. I only wish we had a little more time. If we get back to Aberdeen from the States, we will definitely be back!

“King's College Chapel”
Reviewed 30 July 2013

One of the oldest parts of the University of Aberdeen on the High Street. Lovely stained glass windows. Catch a Saturday wedding. Combine with an exploration of the rest of the University campus including Elphinstone Hall and the Channory.

“A nice quiet place”
Reviewed 29 July 2013

I love the history attached to this place and go in. However if I hadn't first visited with someone who knew how to get in I would find it difficult! It is a worshipping chapel so perhaps that's the reason there's no big entrance sign. But once in, it amazes me, the age, workmanship, etc. Occasionally there's someone playing the pipe organ. The Chapel is part of the walk through Old Aberdeen, so lots more to see once you exit the Chapel.
