Arriving on the last flight of the evening the location is very convenient. This hotel is very new and obviously there are a few teething problems which I am sure will be sorted. The automated check-in required assistance but from a very friendly member of staff. Very comfortable and everything available that a business traveler needs.

I can honestly say this is the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in and the experience was nothing short of appalling. I stay in Premier Inn hotels weekly due to business and I would say to anyone wanting a stress free experience, avoid like the plague! My colleague and I started our experience with a half hour check in as both girls were in training (unsupervised), I gave up hope of getting wifi and went upstairs and my colleague hung on patiently but then had a battle to catch a working lift.
Then on to our dining 'experience' - the hostess for the evening had no idea of the restaurant layout let alone a table number. We then had to front out being asked for ID at 26 and my colleague had to go back to her room to fetch hers, just to get a beverage which she then forgot to give us. Our then waitress took our order, we waited and waited for our starter to which we were fed the comments "it will be 5-10minutes". An hour and 15 minutes later and after a long days travelling we were very fed up and were told our check had not even been put through. We finally received our starter an hour and forty minutes after we ordered. We asked the waitress to make sure our main course was safely in the kitchen ready to go and she assured us it was. Wether waited forty minutes as she came and apologised again that it been lost. During this time another drink order had been ignored and i ended up going to the bar out of frustration, even our complimentary 'apology' beverages never went through. I was so livid I couldn't hold my tongue any longer and asked the hostess to wipe our bill entirely has the service had been beyond a joke. I understand that with it being a new hotel, that people are 'in training' but EVERYONE was training and not one of them had a clue!
We noticed the following morning that the lady we spent half an hour with on reception was working the breakfast shift in the restaurant. I suggest getting them up to scratch on one station would be much more pleasing to your clientele than training them in all fields at one time - as using your customers as guinea pigs for a farcicle training programme clearly isn't working out.

The final nail in the coffin was as we were finally out of the door we drove to the parking barrier (which we paid for during our half hour check in) we were told the ticket had expired! Brilliant! A final kick in the crotch from Premier Inn Aberdeen Airport!

You won't be forgotten and certainly won't be revisited!!
