My colleague and I stayed recently for three nights. From the time of our arrival to when we left we treated amazingly well. We could not find one fault in either the hotel, their staff or the attached restaurant (Cocket Hat), which is something of a local landmark. We had breakfast everyday and dinner twice and lunch once. Extensive menu with great prices and better still amazing 2 for 1 meal deals.
One morning our pre arranged taxi didn't show up for our very important business meeting. Without a moments hesitation and without us asking (and cheerily to boot!), one of the reception staff volunteered to take us to our destination in her private car!
Amazing!
Will definitely be staying there next time in Aberdeen.

Room Tip: Stayed on the 2nd floor. Couldn't hear a thing even though I was on the side that looked over th...

We couldn't have asked for a warmer, friendlier welcome and the standard of the room was excellent. In terms of value for money I found this great while cleanliness was hard to fault.

We visited the Premier Inn for the weekend on 6th August. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here and had a good experience. We stayed at the Inn in order to enjoy The Cocket Hat Fun Day for Charity. The staff at the Inn were pleasant and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and spacious, (we had a family room which accomodated our family).
The Cocket Hat Charity Fun Day was again a great success and an enjoyable afternoon for all. We ate in The Cocket Hat two nights in a row. The service was quick considering how busy it was. The staff were friendly and helpful. The meal was enjoyable and we benefited from having their meal deals.

We stayed at the Premier Inn Aberdeen Central West for one night (2nd/3rd August 2011). My party consisted of two adults and two children. We had originally intended to stay at the Premier Inn just south of Aberdeen but could not get a room.

The Premier Inn Aberdeen Central West is located next to the A90 arterial route and is convenient for travelling north, south or west. At check in we found the receptionist (male) to be very helpful and personable. He allocated us a very large room on the 1st floor not too far from the reception area. The room really was massive, clean and in a good state of repair. We had everything we could ask for, except for free WiFi.

We did not eat in the restaurant in the evening but did have breakfast in the morning. Whilst the food was ok the surroundings were a bit grim. I personally believe that the restaurant could benefit from refurbishment. It was quite dark; the table top where we were sitting was a bit worn and sticky. It was not as pleasant as the restaurant at the Premier Inn Inverness Centre (Milburn Road).

Thank you very much for your review. We at Premier Inn always try to ensure that all out guests’ needs and expectations are met on each occasion. We are fortunate enough to have larger rooms for families, as we know that families enjoy that little extra space. The restaurant is run by a different company however, I will pass your comments to the management team. Thank you again for your review and we look forward to welcoming you back to Premier Inn and Aberdeen Central West in the near future. Kind regards, Jamie Crothall.

Very accessible from north and south, and enjoying a good bus link to the city centre, this is a well-located Premier Inn. There's easy car parking.

Reception staff were consistently pleasant and welcoming during our stay and were always keen to know if everything was all right. The room was vast and there was a bath as well as a shower.

We didn't eat either in the hotel or the adjacent, linked, pub, so can't comment on the food. This is well out of the city centre, so eating places are limited, though a surprising find was the excellent cafe in Dobbie's Garden Centre, a mile or so up the adjacent road to Alford, offering superb breakfasts.

Two slight reservations: first, like a great many 'lodge chains', the windows tend to be on the small side, and the room felt quite dark. However, most of the time and for most people, that will be no problem. Second, the charges for wifi access beggar belief, especially when it comes free these days on buses, never mind in cafes, pubs and many other places.
